• 12 Oysters - We’ll serve you oysters from three different Maine oyster farms. Included are accoutrements, homemade Focaccia, and a nice wine selection!

She holds a certification in Gastronomic Tourism from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, works as an Oyster Sommelier, and is a certified member of the esteemed Oyster Master Guild. She founded Lady Oyster, a culinary tour company, to foster a deeper connection with Maine seafood for both visitors and locals.
