I booked entirely online and I was surprised by the communication! Confirmations and cancellations were sent in a timely manner (my first reservation was cancelled due to wind, so I rescheduled for the next day). Our pilot Jonathan was very skilled and I was not ever fearful! The "picnic" in the middle of the desert watching the sunset allowed for some great pictures!!

For a 4 hour experience, only 30 minutes was in the air (despite the website saying an hour). The amount of time we were standing around waiting could've been avoided with better resources (i.e. we spent an hour sitting the van waiting for everything to be packed up - not sure why we couldn't have been shuttled back while that was being done). The views were lovely for the short time we were in the air.
