Bucket List Approved! - It was amazing! Beautiful! It was worth the price and the early morning awake up call. Because of where they fly, they do a great job of not cancelled due to weather.

Great balloon ride - Had a great time. The staff members were very nice and informative. Got up to 6000 ft. Seen some beautiful scenery. Would recommend.

Must do in Phoenix - What an amazing experience! The views of the sunrise were spectacular. At first we were nervous but it is such a smooth ride.

Loved This! - I flew with Kyle who was an amazing Pilot . Super personable and nice . We had a previous reservation which had to be canceled the same day due to the weather and kyle and the whole organization accomodated us very well and assisted us in rescheduling for the next day which we were able to take flight . The process from booking , rescheduling, checking in , and flying was so smooth . My friends and I were nervous of course , especially with some of us having fear of heights but once we were in the air it was peaceful and a beautiful ride , the view was amazing. It was a super hot season in Arizona when we went so I would only recommend bringing a fan or something to help cool down because in conjunction with the flame in the balloon it was indeed hot . But all in all my experience was amazing .

Rainbow Ryders Hot Air Balloon (Sunrise) Ride - The Rainbow Ryders hot air balloon ride was a wonderful experience. My friends and I truly enjoyed ourselves. We got to see the world in a different lens and it was amazing. Unfortunately, due to weather concerns, we missed the sunrise by a little bit, but I can appreciate that the safety of each passenger was their first priority. Our pilot Jesse N. was reassuring, kind, and thorough especially during take-off and landing. At the very end, we enjoyed a champagne toast! I would definitely recommend their company, and we will be booking again!

Amazing! - Great experience! Fun memory for our two teenage granddaughters. Very professional, focus on safety, and fun! Jacob, our pilot, put us at ease. Not scary at all. Very smooth and peaceful. Definitely one to check off your bucket list!

Once in a lifetime experience! - At age 67 I was determined to have a hot air balloon experience and I am glad I did !! From the beginning to the end of this experience was just amazing!! The team of professional pilots explained everything and made us feel comfortable. Once up in the balloon it felt like you were floating on air. The sights we saw were so beautiful and our Pilot made sure we were educated on what we saw.

a little disappointing - Our family's hot air balloon ride was okay, but I'd have liked to go higher. In a group of 6-7 balloons, every other balloon rose higher than ours. I don't know why we stuck within 1,200 feet for the majority of the ride but I've been higher in elevators. Other than that, the pilot and crew were great, the weather cooperated, and we had a smooth, peaceful ride.
