Amazing!!! - My beautiful future bride and I took the opportunity to embark on this journey, outside of Phoenix, and it was well worth every second, we had the best Pilot and crew a group could ask for, enjoying the breathtaking views and learning some fun desert facts! Absolute YES!!! - Thank you so much to Shane and the crew!!! Kept us very safe!!!! It was very windy and we weren’t sure if we would get to fly but the crew and Shane worked VERY hard to make that happen while also keeping us safe!!!!!

Description of services - The balloon tour went up high and the landing was very quiet and very nice. However, it said champagne and fruit were included in the tour, but was not offered. When I asked the local agent what was going on, he told me it was not always provided. If it's not on the tour, you should leave it out of the tour list.
