Once you meet the Greeter, they will call the driver, who is on standby outside the airport, and your driver will be waiting at your terminal accordingly. All incoming flights are monitored. Pricing includes 90 minutes of waiting from the time your flight lands. If any unexpected situations arise, the wait will be extended for passengers who contact us if they encounter issues with luggage or immigration lines.
