A representative will be waiting with a sign displaying your name at the exit gates of Phuket International or Domestic Airport. They will then introduce you to the driver who will swiftly transport you to your Phi Phi resort. It’s a seamless and hassle-free experience.

The package includes a private airport transfer from Phuket airport to Rassada pier and a one-way ferry ticket from Phuket pier to Ton Sai pier (Phi Phi Island). You will need to arrange your own transfer from Ton Sai Pier to your resort on Phi Phi Island.

There are two departure times from Phuket Rassada Pier to Phi Phi Island: 8:30 am and 12:30 pm. Please be aware that all tourists arriving on the island are required to pay a 20-baht fee at Ton Sai Pier to help maintain the cleanliness of Koh Phi Phi.

Each traveler is permitted a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may be subject to certain restrictions. Please check with the operator before traveling to confirm if your additional luggage is acceptable.

Pre-book your one-way arrival transfer from Phuket International or Domestic Airport to Phi Phi Island by speedboat. Our English speaking driver will transport you from Phuket Airport by an air-conditioned vehicles. Then, you will embark on the ferry heading to Ton Sai Pier (Phi Phi Island) from Phuket. Stay relax and avoid the long queue navigate a taxi at the airport. Last minute bookings are up to 4 hours.

There are 2departure times for the speedboat from Phuket Rassada pier: 8:30am and 12:30pm Please note that for airport pick up, the flight must be arrive 3 hours prior to ferry departure to avoid missing the speedboat.

• If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
• It’s important to ensure that the chosen start time allows ample time for clearing Immigration and collecting luggage.
• We shall not assume any responsibility if the flight is delayed or if the immigration process is particularly busy, resulting in you missing the speedboat.
• Kindly take note that your booking includes a land transfer from the airport and a speedboat ticket. We advise you not to entertain any individual at the jetty who attempts to sell you a new ticket, as we will not be able to provide a refund since the ticket has already been purchased.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
