to flee Absolutely - ⚠️ Absolutely fleeing – deceptive practice and unacceptable behaviour ⚠️ On our holiday in Thailand, we booked an excursion to visit Koh Phi Phi, Maya Bay and Monkey Beach with AM Travel Phuket. This experience was extremely disappointing and particularly stressful. In the initial offer, it is clearly stated that access fees to the nature park are included. However, once there, these costs are again claimed in cash, under great psychological pressure. It is explicitly explained that we have no choice: either we pay or we remain stuck on the spot, in full sunshine at nearly 40 °C. Result: Additional 800 baht for two people, required without any alternative. Same situation for beach chairs, although advertised as included, but billed again on site. We showed the contract and the booking documents, where everything is written in black and white, but the employees and the manager did not want to hear anything. The boss makes a contemptuous speech: “That’s the way it is, if you’re not happy, it’s the same,” with unacceptable or even threatening behavior. These practices clearly amount to commercial deception. 👉 I definitely do not recommend this provider. However, once on site, we were forced to pay these fees again in cash, under strong psychological pressure. We were told that we had no choice: either we paid, or we would be left there, under nearly 40°C heat. As a result, an extra 800 baht for two people was demanded, with no alternative. The same issue occurred with beach chairs, which were also listed as included but had to be paid for again on site. We showed the contract and booking documents, where everything is clearly written, but neither the staff nor the manager wanted to listen. The owner’s attitude was contemptuous: “That’s how it is, if you’re not happy, it’s the same,” with unacceptable and even threatening behavior. These practices clearly amount to commercial deception. 👉 I strongly advise against this provider. Never book with AM Travel Phuket.
