• Child ticket age between 4-11 years or less than 130cm in height (proved may be required)
• The child must be 4 years and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
• Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 15 years old.
• During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
• In order to use the zipline, the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.
• Please wear comfortable shoes. Flip-flops are not allowed. Sandals with straps are acceptable. Wear clothing that is comfortable and suitable for physical activities.
• Please leave your valuable belongings at your hotel, we will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
• Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
