What a town, what great food & lovely people. - Great way to see the area & sample the local street food. The guide was excellent, sharing their knowledge of the area, country and the local / national dishes, with great passion & enthusiasm. Recommend you give them a try.

Really good experience - Our tour guide Apon was amazing, she had incredible local knowledge, spoke English really well and had a great sense of humour. Apon showed us loads of new foods. Unfortunately we filled up at the first market and couldn’t eat much at the Old Phuket Town markets but Apon explained all the cooking styles and ingredients to us. Definitely do this tour on Sunday if you can, the old Phuket markets (Sunday nights)are incredible and Even better with a guide. Thanks Apon and Mr New our driver.

Phuket food tour - We got to take our food tour at the food night market, and it was everything and more! Our guide was Among (sp) and he was very delightful. Picked us up from our hotel, took us to a temple and then to a food market. Our tour fell on a weekend so we went to a food night market and we had so many options of food - we definitely enjoyed it! We didn’t have enough space in our stomach to try everything but we enjoyed the night and all the food and culture. Thank you for a wonderful tour.

A Night to Remember – The Best Street Food Tour in Phuket! - I booked the Phuket Private Night Street Food Walking Tour last minute and I’m so glad I did! What I thought would be a small group tour turned out to be just me, and it made the evening extra special. My guide, A, was absolutely wonderful—warm, kind, and attentive. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, came prepared with water, napkins, and wipes, and encouraged me to try anything that caught my eye. Every food stop was delicious, and I ended up sampling so many dishes I never would have tried on my own. She even carried leftovers for me so I could take them back to my hotel. We got lucky with timing—at the first stop there was a festival happening, and later in Old Town we stumbled into a Hindu holiday celebration, catching the countdown and confetti by chance. A also took photos for me, shared stories about her life in Thailand, and made the whole evening feel personal and welcoming. Our driver, Latte, was excellent too. The vehicle was new, large, and comfortable, and he was always there right on time at each pickup point. Hotel pickup and drop-off went seamlessly. Highlights included visiting a Chinese temple, exploring neighborhoods I never would’ve found alone, and of course, the endless food. Even walking at night through non-touristy spots, I felt completely safe the entire time—which is important as a female solo traveler. This tour gave me such a genuine taste of Phuket’s food and culture, and I learned so much along the way. If you’re looking for a memorable, authentic food experience, don’t hesitate to book this tour—it’s 100% worth it!

Food Tour not Focused on Food or Clients - My guide did not care about my preferences (I was the only one on the tour). She ignored my request to focus only on food. She gave me foods I said I didn't want like sushi (She wanted to eat sushi). She seemed to have little passion for local food and engaged very little with the friendly food sellers. She took me on a walk in the park (I don't know why). She insisted we visit a temple even after I said I didn't want to go (she said it was mandatory). She talked about the temple with no expertise. She spent a long period leading me around the old town Phuket and lecturing about its architecture (She knows little about this subject). During this long tour of old town, we didn't sample any food. My guide complained a lot about her job and dealing with clients. She spent much of the tour ordering me around and rushing me from place to place. This would've annoyed me if it wasn't so perplexing and funny. In the end, despite my complaints, she told me I enjoyed the tour. I think she was unhinged.

Worst Tour EVER - This was LITERALLY the worst tour we have ever been on. Guide barely spoke English and had zero plan as to what we would eat on the FOOD tour. Two and a half hours into the tour we had tried one item. We repeatedly asked what we were going to eat and he gave us no response. He kept saying "you pick something, I pay". Well, we chose a VERY expensive food tour to be shown, by the guide, the best things to eat in Phuket. I would give this a negative review if possible, but that wasn't an option. I reached out to Viator customer service to ask for a refund. They told me that could not help me. Way to go Viator!
