Fastest way to see Phuket - A driver not an english speaking guide takes you around without sharing any info. Nevertheless, it is efficient and convenient, and thanks to google translate we have communşcated. I forget my cap in the car, next day it was delivered to my hotel, special thanks to themgmt for prompt response.

Great DIY trip - The driver was very prompt and showed up on time. Took me to all the tourist attractions i had on my list and made an effort to pick me up as soon as I was done promptly

It truly is a do it yourself tour - Noi (spelling?) was great. She provided some suggestions that were captured on a large picture board she carried in the car. We really wanted to see the big Buddha, but it was closed, not her fault. She took us where we wanted to go and even found a pretty cool place for lunch on the way home. She wasn’t that helpful in explaining what we were looking at because of the language barrier. Again not her fault. Still a fun day!!!!

Nice trip - Nice trip, where we could decide what the trip should go with. The driver was really nice and spoke good English. We saw the southern part of Phuket

Amazing - Great experience. Had the best driver. He suggested new tourist experiences we didn't even consider. Since its custom, we could customize out own experience. Its a 5/5.

Gateway day in Phuket - Fantastic use of a day. He worked with us on our desired itinerary and we went where WE wanted for how long WE wanted. 10/10

Amazing food with an incredible guide - The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We have done a few food tours in the past (in different counties) and this one was definitely worth doing.

Easy day in Old Town Phuket. - It was good experience. Driver was good and punctual. He gave us on lots of different local site seeing options like honey and cashew farm but after we said no a few times to making stops the driver realized we just wanted to walk around old town. He communicated through Google Translate which was helpful.

The driver was the worst : ( - He did show up 15 minutes early which is the only thing that was positive about this tour. Where do I begin…. First I want to tell you, I listed out the places we wanted to visit in Thai, so there was no miscommunication. I told him we could go in whatever order made the most sense time wise. First activity, was a photo spot, we were there 10 minutes. I told him we wanted to go to a specific temple, and he said it was too far since it was by the airport and recommended a closer temple (that we had been to already and didn’t request). He took us to our requested temple and we were there for about 30 minutes. Did I forget to mention he had to get gas during the trip!!! Why wouldn’t he do that before he came to pick us up instead of taking time from our tour. Then here is the kicker… I asked him before the tour even began to take us to the Phuket sign that was featured in their advertisement(and showed him a photo of the sign too), he said he knew where it was. So headed over to Patong beach, he DROPS US OFF and the end of the street and told us he’ll wait there. Mind you, we had no idea where the sign was. I asked a couple of street vendors where the sign was and they informed us it was pretty far down the beach. We walked back to the car and asked the driver to drop us closer to the sign. This guy had NO IDEA where this sign was. REALLY…you work for a company that has that exact sign in their advertisement, you’d think he would know a major landmark. That is one of the main reason I booked this tour is to have someone knowledgeable about the area. We get back in the car and then he drops us off again and another end of the street and meets us at the original drop off location. I asked him straight up if he knew where the sign was and he had no idea. He then told us we had to hurry because he couldn’t stay parked there long. We didn’t even know where the sign was, how is he going to rush us?? He didn’t even know where it was!! After an HOUR of driving around and wasting time trying to find the sign, we gave up. I asked him to take us to one of the restaurants I requested in the beginning of the tour, and he said we should eat in Old Town since it was closer to the hotel we were staying at…Are you kidding me. He wasted an hour of our time driving around trying to find the sign. He basically said it wasn’t an option. We aid for a 5 hour tour. We spent about 40 minutes of the five hours doing what we asked to do. What a waste of time and energy. He should not be taking people around if he doesn’t know where he is going. I was using the translate app to talk to him to make sure he was clear on what we were asking. He spoke very little English, so even with the App it was a challenge. I would NEVER recommend this tour to anyone and at this point I think a refund is deserved. Do not book this tour, it was a true waste of our morning and we don’t even see what we wanted to see.
