Meeting Steps:
After retrieving your luggage, proceed to the area next to Gate 2 and look for a sign with your name under the green elephant logo. Confirm your arrival with the pickup point staff, who will then notify the driver to meet you. Please be aware that drivers are stationed in the parking lot and may need 10-15 minutes to queue for entry/exit.

Hotel: Our driver will be in the lobby at your chosen time and will wait for 30 minutes.
