- Via Radicosa, 42 - Guests will be warmly welcomed at an authentic farmhouse, offering a stunning view of the upper Amalfi Coast. This historic farm, managed for centuries by the esteemed Acampora family, has inspired many, including the renowned poet Salvatore Di Giacomo, who penned the famous Neapolitan poem “Luna d’Agerola” while enjoying this idyllic setting. During the visit, the chef will guide participants in crafting a tiramisu from scratch, following Nonna Maria’s cherished recipe! After creating the tiramisu, guests can unwind with a tasting of our homemade wine. Following this, there will be a session on making exquisite mozzarella from the milk of our farm-raised cows. The experience continues with the preparation of delightful tagliatelle, ensuring a fun and engaging time for all. Finally, guests will savor all the organic products, experiencing the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine! Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

AMAZING!!! - The experience was amazing! Both Giovanni and his father were incredibly kind, funny, and encouraging. The food was delicious and the explanations were great. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Italy!!

Once In A Lifetime Experience - The views were amazing. The food was incredible and the best part is we made it ourselves. Make sure you take a walk to the top of the castle for the views at the end of the castle up the hill.

Best cooking class i’ve taken - This was such an amazing experience. The best pasta I ever ate. It was so enjoyable and Valentino and his son were just such amazing teachers and made everything so enjoyable. 1000% recommend!

Amazing, authentic, family feeling cooking class! - A dream experience! We booked our trip because we wanted to go to this cooking class and it EXCEEDED our expectations! The most authentic, family feeling, and delicious experience! I’m planning to make homemade pasta and mozzerela as soon as I get home!!

Hidden Gem - This was a last minute booking and we’re so glad we did it - I can’t recommend it enough! The whole family hosted us for this class which made it a fun atmosphere. If you’re looking for a classic, wholesome cooking class, this is it!

Excellent cooking class experience! - We enjoyed this experience thoroughly. We found it very informative and great fun! Giovanni was a delight and a great natural team leader. We thought it was a great experience for the money we paid and a lovely setting to have a home made three course meal!
