From a young age, Ferdinando has nurtured a love for cooking, preparing homemade and authentic dishes with his mother, following the traditional recipes of their region and using ingredients from their organic garden. They crafted fresh pasta filled with local cheeses, tomato sauces, and vegetables grown without pesticides. Ferdinando began cooking at 13, and the greatest joy came from guests who appreciated his dishes, often saying they had never eaten so well. Ten years ago, Ferdinando started sharing his creativity, passion for cooking, and all the secrets to preparing delicious and authentic dishes through a cooking course. He eagerly awaits everyone with great joy.
