⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came for the pasta, stayed for the mozzarella trauma. - We accidentally took the scenic route to the cooking class (aka a heart-racing drive along the Amalfi cliffs that was equal parts breathtaking and mildly terrifying). Arrived 20 minutes late, emotionally unstable, and ready to cook. From there, it was pure magic. We made pasta from scratch (translation: flour everywhere), stretched mozzarella like pros (or tried to), and built a tiramisu with the structural ambition of a high-rise. Our hosts were incredibly warm, patient, and full of stories. The cooking space was cozy, and somehow our chaotic culinary efforts turned into an absolutely delicious meal. By the time we sat down to eat, we were full of carbs, joy, and a totally unearned sense of Italian culinary superiority. If you're looking for an experience that’s hands-on, full of laughs, and ends in a feast, this is it. Just… maybe leave early. Or embrace the detour. Either way, you won’t regret it.

Great afternoon treat - Very fun experience. I ended up missing the bus stop via the SITA bus and ended up all the way in Almafi. I messaged the tour operator, and Fernando was able to coordinate and reschedule for the 3pm class which was perfect. We made pasta, fresh mozzarella and even tiramisu (which some of us snacked on the lady fingers with the whipped cream). If you’re staying on Agerola (Almafi coast) definitely book this class! Solo friendly and don’t forget to tell the bus driver to stop!
