5/5 stars - Very fun! Great service! Brett was super helpful at the ticket center. Games are very fun and family friendly. Big bang for your buck, all games range from $1-3, loading a lot on the card will last for hours.

Fun for the while family - Been trying g to get the Toto card for months and when I finally got it, it didn't drop all the way down. Brett came over and helped me and told me about your sister location Big Top that has pinball machines! Excited to visit that location next!

Awesome. - Arcade City in Pigeon Forge is a blast! Great games, fun atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Perfect for all ages! Will come back.

Arcade fun - I did one of the Wizard of Oz pusher games. So addicting, but loads of fun. Brett at the redemption counter was super nice and friendly.

Classic arcade, just set expectations with the kids - Arcades are fun, but can get expensive really fast. This one has everything from classics to the games where you win tickets in exchange for toys. We let our kids know they ach get $25 to spend as they want, but when it's done it's done. They wanted different things, from playing two player games to ticket games. It seemed to work and they all had a good time.

First of all the guy up front was super great and nice. He let us play while he found out for sure for his manager: - We were staying right down from arcade city in gatlinburg so went to one there (usually can use gift card any location but I guess not) this was only for pigeon forge location which was way out of there way for us to go Friday at that time so went missed it and I spent my rewards for nothing. We ended up not going so I wasted my points and money
