Go to Arcade City! - Love the games. They have soda available which was a nice touch. We always visit when we are in Pigeon Forge. Highly Recommend

Awesome time - Fun place to play some games and win some tickets. We won 24500 tickets and got our son 2 different kinds of nerf guns!! Will come again for sure

Santiago is the best! - We frequent the arcade when we come here over the years. I have to say we met Santiago today and he’s a delight to have working there. While standing in line, we could really see how he was taking care of all the customers no matter how busy it was, and how kind he was to all the families and children. What a great person to have there.

Great experience for young kids. - Santiago and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Everything worked properly. The prices are reasonable. It doesn't get any better for young kids.

Santiago Rocks!!!!!! - Was at island to see friends . We seen arcade and it was my grandsons 7th birthday so we thought we would stop in. So glad we did. It was a nice time and Santiago was the best. He took time to help my grandson with a game that was malfunctioning then he went out of his way to help him pick things out at the prize booth. Every time I ran into him within the arcade he was smiling and making small talk with customers including us. He made our visit pleasant and enjoyable

THE GOLDEN TICKET FEATURING SANTIAGO! - Had an amazing time and won THE GOLDEN TICKET! Celebrating the win with Santiago was the highlight of our night! He was so kind and enthusiastic about our winnings which most arcades are not! Will absolutely return!

Santiago rocks! - We had such a fun time! Santiago was kind from the start and kept up a lovely funny conversation as we stayed. I would come back again just to be able to play games and hang out!
