So much fun and a great tour guide - David gave us great information and insight on our tour and made it a lot more interesting. He treated us very well, he really knows his stuff.

Amazing Smokey mountains! - My Husband and I went on the Newfound Gap tour. David lead our tour. It was truly the best experience. The Tour was so fun, and David shared so many interesting facts that we did not know about the Smokey Mountains. You could tell that David enjoys what he does for a living. This tour was definitely worth the money and the memories. We took amazing pictures. We can not wait to do this again in the future! I hope we get David again he was AMAZING!

No pink - Great knowledgeable guide, Mark 2. How one can talk for three hours with relative info is a gift. We have been here before, but his knowledge and explanation was welcomed.
As a fellow veteran, his life experiences with bears is just amazing. With video, I might add.
A real Jeep tour was my choice, glad we selected this one, with the heat on, yes it was crisp in Newfound Gap. Check in was a breeze.

Awesome! - I would highly recommend this experience. Our guide David made sure that we saw as much as possible in our time frame! Definitely request David as your guide! We learned so much history as well as seeing so many great views!

Informative Beautiful tour! - Informative Beautiful tour! Our guide Randy was knowledgeable, personable, and entertaining! Took us up to Newfound gap where it was as cold as it was beautiful! Wear something warm if you go in April!

Great Jeep tour in the Smokeys! - My husband and I really had a great time! Dave was our Jeep driver and he was very personable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Fabulous Views and Knowledgeable Guide! - Mark (2) was an absolutely fantastic guide for our tour! He was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much about the history of the national park, Gatlinburg, and the local wildlife. We felt very safe as he navigated the roads, and had a blast when we went off roading. Mark gave us some great insight about local places to visit and eat. We would highly recommend Smoky Mountains Jeep Tours!

A+ tour, fabulous photo stops, and a 10/10 guide! - We loved this 3 hour tour, and highly recommend it! We had a hard time deciding between the different tours offered, and are so glad we did the Newfound Gap tour, as it took us higher up on the mountain, offering gorgeous views!!! The 20 minute "off road" jeep experience included with the tour was fun as well ! Seemed as though some in our group were not expecting this part of the tour, but what fun is riding in a jeep if you aren't going to do some off roading! ?! Be warned though, if you have any back/neck issues, probably not advised for you. Our guide, Mark 2, (as there is another Mark that works for the company) was fabulous!!! A native to the area, a retired airforce pilot, AND national forest park ranger, talk about over qualified! He chatted comfortably non stop for our 3 hour tour, and we learned so so much! History of the national park and area, all about the wildlife in the area, and 12-14 fabulous non-chain restaurant recommendations! top notch tour guide- in my opinion, any tour is only as good as its guide, and Mark 2 was fabulous!!! Look for groupon discounts on this one- we were lucky enough to find one! Tour was exactly 3 hours. Our guide graciously took fabulous photos for us at every stop as well. Dress warm for this tour, as it is on average 15 degrees cooler once you get to your top altitude, and very windy along the way in the jeep. So glad we got to explore the national park today without hiking ! Perfect way to do so!

Newfound Gap Tour - David, our tour guide, did an excellent job. He pointed out little known tidbits about various sites in Pigeon Forge, entertained us with historical facts and a little quiz, and was a safe and confident driver. He also told us about Dolly Parton's generosity.
He took pictures of the customers and made sure everyone had time to take pictures and enjoy the views.
As the road to the gap was closed due to ice in the morning, David was prepared to take us on a different route. When lucked out as the park had opened the road.
We had enough time that we were able to also do a little off-road side trip. That was a nice bonus for the children of the family that shared the truck with us. They had a blast.

Won't be able to go! - I bought a Groupon for this tour and due to an unexpected death in the family won't be able to make our reservation on 4/6/2025. I reached out to both merchants to reschedule the date of our tour, as we have re-booked our trip for a later date. I'm sad to say that both Groupon and Smoky Mountain Jeep tours said that they could not help me and pointed fingers at each other for resolution. So here I sit out 172.00. With both saying they don't even have my money. I didn't ask for my money back - I just wanted to change my reservation. Never again!
