Epic!! - What an awesome experience! The staff at Rocky Top Mountain Coaster were friendly, professional, and kept the whole vibe fun from start to finish. The Halloween decorations were top-notch — every turn and corner had something cool to look at. The coaster itself was fast, smooth, and such a thrill without ever feeling rough or unsafe. Even waiting in line was a blast thanks to the incredible Michael Jackson–themed dance performance in the parking lot — such a unique touch! Prices were very reasonable, and I really appreciate the discount offered for nurses. You can tell this place truly values both its guests and the community. We’ll definitely continue to visit here every time we are in town!

Best mountain coaster! - I have been to several different mountain coasters between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this one is by far my favorite. It was my husband’s first time on a mountain coaster and he really enjoyed it! They offer a military discount too which was a plus for us 🙂

Great Mountain Coaster - Great Staff. - Great Mountain Coaster! Staff went above and beyond during our recent visit. We had an issue with our initial ride and Glen was able to fix the issue we had and we were given a re-ride at no additional cost. Second ride was mush better thanks to the attentive staff. Highly recommend 10/10.

Exciting ride for everyone! - Very much enjoyed the coaster! We purchased our initial ride on TripAdvisor and then they offered each additional same-day ride for 50% off. We rode 1 more time as it was a lot of fun. It is mode adventurous than one might think as it is quite fast and you will slow yourself down! Staff was very friendly, happy, and helpful. Glen took great care of our belongings while we were riding.

#1 mountain Coaster - Shout out to David G and the rest of the workers for the most wonderful of memories. My mother passed 3 days ago and today, the day of her funeral, we decided to do things she enjoyed doing with my daughter. Rocky Top Mountain Coaster has always been a wonderful and amazing experience and, in my humble opinion, the best mountain coaster I've been on while visiting up here. Each and every single person I have interacted with at this Coaster has shown they thoroughly enjoy doing what they do. They were kind and professional but made it to where even the smallest kids were excited to ride. Thank you for the memories you helped make today of days.

Fun with toddlers - so much fun. Took our 3 year old toddlers that were tall enough and they loved it. I like that you can control the speed. Lines were long. We went at 6:00 PM hoping people would be eating dinner and waited about an hour in line. Staff was patient and knowledgeable. Next time we will go much earlier to see the views. Night was fun as the tracks were lit up and the music was fun.

Relax - Cool ride all the way through. We came early one morning and came at night, in the pouring rain. Two 60 year olds being young again

It’s ok. - Not as impressed. They regulate you a lot with slow downs and it’s not one continuous ride. We’re going to try Skyland next time.

Fun and exciting - Depending on the person in front of you, you will either enjoy or hate this experience. The woman infront of me couldnt speak english and kept on coming to a complete stop on the track, even though they told her not to stop completely she didn’t understand. I was pretty much on the brake the whole entire time and did not go fast. The line is also extremely long and pretty slow, although they usually send 2/3 people at a time.

Incorrect website information - Just drove to the location based off of the operational hours listed on the website. Very disappointed to arrive at 22:20 to be told they closed at 22:00. Please update your website information to prevent other people from wasting their time.
