It was all perfect! - The walk is well worth it. The cars are excellent, the guides are wonderful, they are punctual. So I felt that we hadn't passed to see the sea lions

Fabulous tour - It was an exceptional trip along the coast, from Montevideo to Punta del Este, passing through Piriápolis and Casapueblo in Punta Ballena. Our guide, Pablo, organized the tour in a very original way. Each traveler who joined the group was welcomed with a typical song from their home country, which quickly created a great atmosphere. Pablo then shared a wealth of information about Uruguay, covering various topics such as the economy, politics, and of course, football! This information was presented in an interesting format, as a quiz, and I can say that I retained a lot of knowledge this way. We discovered fabulous places throughout the day, and I now understand why Punta del Este is considered one of the best seaside resorts in the world. At the end of the tour, Pablo provided recommendations for Montevideo, including the best spots to try the ultimate Uruguayan dish, the chivito! I highly recommend this tour and the guide Pablo.

Satisfactory experience - As always this type of tour suffers with the lack of consideration of the people who do not wait ready in the hotel.
Also, the guide forgot us to leave back at the hotel. We had to walk 4 squares.

Nice tour - The places of the tour and the guide, excellent. We toured the places indicated by the tour and had enough time for photos, walking and sightseeing.
Area of improvement: the bus toilet rather sloppy. No soap, broken window and no paper to dry your hands.

Good tour, but suggest some improvements - Our guide was Paul. I thought Paul was very good, very knowledgeable.
We were allocated the right amount of time at each stop. I thought 3hrs would be excessive in Punta del Este, but after you have lunch and walk to the hand sculpture, walk to the lighthouse, walk to the Port and have a drink/snack break in between, I arrived back to meeting point with only 5 mins to spare.
What I think could be better - 1. I think the Puente de la barra (bridge) is interesting enough to allow for its own stop and to take pictures, even if just 5-10 mins.
I found it difficult at times to understand what I
was being told switching from English to Spanish. Maybe best to do your in English one day, Spanish the next. I found myself tuning out.
It was also raining in Punta when we visited. Suggest an hour for lunch, then could take people to the main attractions and allow 30 mins for each one. Older people or people with mobility issues would find it difficult to get to all the interesting sites.

Day trip to Punto del este - The trip took us where we wanted to go, but the guide was poor. She spoke rapidly, and many words were not clear.
She spoke all the time on the outward route and a good part of the return. We did try to ask, as did the lady behind us, but to no avail. There was a lot of unnecessary information given, eg, this tower block was constructed in xx year and that one in my year, and there were a lot of tower blocks overlooking the beaches. If she cut out some unnecessary information, she could slow down

They didn't abide by all... - They didn't abide by all the listed stops. As they dropped us off at a midpoint which was a 15 minute walk away from either point, instead of taking us to both as listed.

They do not complete the tour - They did not make the tour that I put on the web, they missed some places to pass, no one was responsible, I do not recommend them, very bad attention of Juan, very rude.
