Enjoy experience for your senses - I loved the experience I am from Mexico and when I decided to visit Chile it was immediately a point of interest the Viñedos de Concha y Toro. It really is an amazing place for table wine lovers. The guides inside the tour make you very enjoyable the tour tell you the legend of the devil's locker. The souvenir shop is amazing. Definitely if you come to Chile and do not visit the vineyards of shell and bull. You didn't come to Chile

A cute tour despite the dishonest tourist guide - We made contact through an intermediary. All very well with respect to the tour made in shell and bull, cute , historic and pleasant. The disgusting topic was at the time of payment and towards the guide that took us. He said a higher price than agreed by the company, gave us a very low change when we wanted to pay in dollars indicating that tac tourism was the one who gave the change so low and did not return complete (eventually gave us the change or returned complete after doing our own calculations. I get a great experience in shell and bull, but disappointing impression of the person who led us. People like that are all over the world, and we just have to match up here in Chile.

Short and not sweet. - The company tac turismo were over an hour late picking us up so we missed the start of the tour. We were not told a pick up and they then tried to charge us an extra £20 because we were late going back. I would not book with the company ever again haven’t had an apology or response to my email. The tour itself was ok. Quite short and limited in information I felt.

One terrible day with Viator. - The driver was late, rude and unapologetic. We arrived at the winery at 3:20 P.M. and were told it would take about five minutes to get our entrance tickets. Thirty five minutes later we were still waiting in 92 degree heat with no explanation from the driver as to why. In point of fact it was to be an English speaking tour but the driver spoke little to no English. The tour was billed as a half day tour taking between 4-5 hours. Over seven hours later we still were not back at our hotel. We could expand further but all this is doing is exacerbating our already frustrating and angry feelings. We have booked Viator tours before and never had this type of experience. Unless Viator or the tour operator refunds part or all of our costs we will NEVER again trust Viator to book with. Additionally, we are seasoned travelers who have recommended Viator to our friends and family. Unless they make things right we will not be recommending them but rather will encourage them to avoid booking with Viator. One last example…when a number of people on the tour voiced concerns about what was happening the driver in his limited English said “complain to the company” and walked away.

No communication for a cancelled trip - We had a reservation with pickup/drop off service booked through Viator with TAC Turismo on Thursday December 26. On Wednesday I received the tickets via email and only had to confirm the pick up. For two days we tried to confirm the pickup location with the tourism company and no one answered the phone or emails. On the morning of our trip they finally replied and said there are no afternoon tours because it was cancelled by the vineyard. I don’t know where the miscommunication was but if we book weeks in advance for a 1:30 pm slot, why was it cancelled without explanation or notice? One would think that if an issue arises that a professional company would notify us promptly and offer apologies. Unfortunately, we got neither.
