The traditional Concha y Toro vineyard was established in 1980 in the prestigious Maipo Valley region, where the well-known legend of “Casillero del Diablo” was born. This is where our tour offers a guided tour with trilingual guides (Portuguese, English, Spanish) who will accompany you throughout the visit, guiding you and providing you with very interesting information throughout their family gardens. This tour includes a delicious wine tasting in its typical cellars where you can taste 3 of its wines and discover the unique flavor that Concha y Toro offers. You will also have a beautiful glass of wine as a gift.

I recommend Smart Tour - We made two trips with the Smart Tour and it was all within normality, I recommend the company! Some problems I noticed were common in the high season, as Chile does not have as much structure for tourism as other countries. With the Smart Tour I did Farellones and Concha y Toro, the Guide Victor and the driver, respectively, were great! As the other company I paid tour I had numerous problems, called Santiago Chile Tour, compared to the Smart Tour, I found this perfect! For example, the Smart Tour Guide gave us a quick 20-minute access to the farellones park and bought our tickets for us, the customers who took the same tour by the other company went without a Guide and took a 2-hour queue to get into the park (I was in the van with them the day, but my tour was another).

Superb! - Amazing tour of the vineyard and first class wine tasting event, as well as the additional Marques tasting. Very enjoyable and very interesting. The only problem was the queuing and the slowness of the shop prevented me spending any money as I was out of time.

Great winery - We took several winery tours on our trip and one of them was Concha y Toro, smart was committed to taking us to the winery, they were super punctual with the times, and the winery is very good to visit, we really enjoyed it, congratulations to the guys for the service!

Terror could be better - Quick excursion. We tasted 3 wines (may be more while it was worth it), transfer on schedule and good people.
The narrow part of the story of the casillero del diablo could be much more elaborate in the collective horror. He left to wish.
Little law. But not as terrifying as I was promised. All very expensive not buy there new but in the market

premium wine tasting - We were promptly picked up at our AirBnB.
The drive was mostly pleasant, in an air conditioned van.
The tour started slowly, due to an english speaking guide not being
available.
The tour through the grounds was lovely.
The best part was the premium wine tasting with cheese, be sure to
purchase the premium package. I would have been disappointed with
the general tour.

Unprepared - They didn't have the right information about the tour. They sold and some sites were closed, driver arrived late compromising the tours. Wrong indications of restaurant, finally totally unprepared.

Terrible tour through Viator - Tour was not anything described on Viator. It was NOT in English, NOT a small group, most of the tour was picking up and dropping off people, we were informed we needed to be back at the van at a certain time and missed over half the tour at the winery. 6 hour tour was only 50 minutes tour at the winery. Absolutely terrible!

Ultimately disappointing to say the least - Had a wonderful tour. Bought thousands of dollars worth of wine. Never saw the wine. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone or an email or contact form. It’s been 2 months of trying. Buyer beware.
