We had a great tour with... - We had a great tour with Marta. She was on time and ready with umbrellas for our rainy arrival. She was very thorough in her explanation of the sights we were seeing during our drives to both Florence and Pisa. She even took us on a more scenic drive through the Tuscan countryside to get us into Florence. She gave us a great blend of free time to explore with a list of places to see, recommended a great restaurant for lunch and even stopped for gelato on our way back, all while getting us back to our ship in plenty of time. We appreciated Marta’s kindness and professionalism throughout our tour.

Awesome tour with Marta - Marta was an amazing tour guide! She was very patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and made our experience truly enjoyable. Since we were coming from a cruise, she was mindful of our schedule and ensured we returned in time for the ship. Marta shared fascinating history about both Pisa and Florence, which really brought the sites to life. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a smooth, informative, and memorable tour!

Scenic day trip from La Spezia to Pisa and Florence. - We booked a private van excursion from the port of La Spezia during our mediterranean cruise in July 2025, and it was one of the best days of the trip. Our driver (Marta) met us right on time at the port, holding a sign with our name, and we were in a clean, air-conditioned van within minutes.
Our first stop was Pisa, where we had enough time to visit the Piazza deli Miracoli and take classic photos with the Leaning Tower.The timing was perfect - just enough to see the highlights without feeling rushed.
We then drove through the beautiful Tuscan countryside on our way to Florence. Marta gave us interesting commentary and even stopped at a scenic viewpoint for pictures. Once in Florence, we had a couple of hours to explore on our own. We visited the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and enjoyed a delicious lunch near Piazza della Signoria.
The van was comfortable, and Marta was friendly and very professional. She gave us helpful tips on where to go and made sure we got back to the ship in time.

Family-friendly & efficient tour - My husband, 5 kids and I chose this tour as a more efficient way to see Pisa and Florence in the one day our ship was in port. Marta was so friendly and personable on top of being an amazing guide who expertly handled the heavy seasonal traffic, shared with us about the culture and area while we drove, and gave great suggestions for spending our time. The vehicle was comfortable and Marta made the experience enjoyable for all of us.

Customizable tour was the way to go with multi-generational, differing needs family! - Having the ability to customize our trip was so helpful and amazing. We have one member of our family who is elderly and another with mobility challenges, but Maurizio expertly guided us and helped us do as much as we possibly could together. The van was very comfortable and he even had cold bottled water and Wi-Fi for us.

An amazing family experience. - What an experience we had. We would never have seen all we did without our tour guide who was absolutely amazing! Spoke English very well which made things a lot easier to understand. We were dropped off at the entry of every attraction, recommend where to eat (which was amazing). Overall experience was excellent. Will definitely use these guys again. I I highly recommend this tour for anyone especially families with kids.

Not worth it - not as advertised - Despite the comprehensive itinerary advertised, our tour only managed to visit three of the listed locations.
Furthermore, the tour guide assigned to our group was unable to communicate effectively in English. This made it difficult to understand the historical and cultural significance of the places we visited, and it significantly diminished our overall experience.
