Brilliant day out - Brilliant day cycling to the beach and back..excellent company and really helpful. Would definitely do it again. Might seeingvwith a difference, no queues no crowds just sunshine, fresh air, a picnic and friends

Good ride - Bikes that are easy enough to use even if you are a novice like me. If you need any helmets etc they can supply you with them too. Overall a good experience and there is a handy cycle path that leads to the beach which even for me is plain sailing.

Terrric experience - Very, very friendly and easy to rent, English is spoken. We dropped in early afternoon and rented two tour bikes for a half day that were available in our size , along with helmets, a lock and the phone holder. Was assisted to download an app and the route to the sea, and easily rode out to the Mediterranean. It was magical. A perfect day thanks to Smile and Ride. Left the crowds behind. Not sure why everyone doesn’t go out to the coast but shhh just leave it for the cyclists. Totally recommend after the quick viewing of the leaning tower— escape the crowd. When you exit the train station it is to the right. Owned by an Italian couple and you can book directly with them. Do it! We did 20 miles with the addition of riding a few miles down and back up the coast (my favorite part), and waded into the sea and enjoyed beach time snack. There is a Conan grocery store as you enter the marina town.

On yer bikes!!!! - so fun! easy to find next to pisa centrale rail station. great app to use while on your bike… beach side is great - lots of places to stop and eat. highly recomend

Wonderful safe cycle in Tuscanny countryside. - We are late 60's age, not fitness freaks.We found this a wonderful healthy experience in Pisa. Booking went perfectly, bikes were fine,one electric,one regular. The cycle through the Tuscanny countryside on a protected cycle path was just perfect, at about 15K.,or just over 9 miles each way was exactly what the doctor would order. You could explore further if you felt like it.

Leisurely and safe cycle in Tuscany countryside around Pisa. - Bike and staff at "smile and ride were" excellent. Cycleway to the coast was flat, with no motor vehicles and excellent surface all the way. Distance, about 15km. was perfect, taking about an hour at a leisurely pace. Less time with more effort.

Super fun bike tour! - The staff was very nice and helpful with getting the bikes set up! It was such an easy ride on the e-bikes and it was so fun to see the different scenery Pisa has to offer! Definitely recommend!

Wrong address on site, but ended well - The address for the shop on Viator was incorrect and after walking around the area for 20 mins of searching, finally noticed a shop with no store number on the outside but that one had bicycles inside and a sign on the door that read they had relocated. We called the number on the sign to advise that we were given the wrong location, but we’re still coming. The staff at the store were very apologetic and extremely gracious. Not a fun start, but the equipment worked great and the ride was wonderful.
