- When the visit of the Baptistery won’t be possible due to some baptism, we will visit the cemetery instead. Cathedral could be closed due to religiuous reasons and not visitable during the tour.
- Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half thighs must be covered or entrance to the monumento won’t be possible

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded .As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays, strikes or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain. - Due to the 2025 Jubilee and its Ceremonies, the Cathedral may not be open to visitors or could be visited only partially, and the guide will have to do his explanation from the outside, as well as on Sunday mornings.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. So happy to book this excursion. Excellent service. Fantastic tour guide (Anastasia). - Booking this tour was the best decision. Great value for money. Fantastic tour guide (Anastasia) who was very knowledgeable and told great stories. She also answered lots of our questions and made the whole experience so enjoyable.
We had plenty of time to explore and be ready to climb the tower at our slot. Climbing feels weird at an angle and be prepared for 263 steps. Thankfully took our time and lots of places to pause and catch your breath.
Nothing was rushed or too much trouble. Can’t say enough about Anastasia, she is very experienced and her English was excellent.
Highly recommended and would do it again.
Recommend having the best walking shoes, you’re gonna need them! Make sure you allow plenty of time. You don’t want to rush this experience.

All alone - We had the tour guide all to our self so that was a plus , then we had a rogue tourist walk all over our stuff , including us in an attempt to take selfie in the baptistry , outside of that the architecture was amazing

Up on high - Best £16 each we've spent for a 2hr tour in a long while. Barry and Rod were brilliant, they could answer any question and really knew their stuff. We've learnt so much.
The building was breathtaking seen from this lofty position. Can't recommend highly enough.

The tour guide was really... - The tour guide was really good. She mixed facts with humor and kept it engaging. She also answered questions very patiently. I also found it easy to get in touch with her and the organizer for queries. The monuments were also just so beautiful and I got lucky with a nice, sunny day. Would definitely recommend.

Nightmare at Pisa - The vendor provided coordinates to meet 15 minutes before entry and no one was there. We thought we had booked a guided tour but apparently this tour was completely self guided. This was the second nightmare experience with Trip Advisor and Viator where we followed directions provided but arrived at the entry meeting point with complete confusion. Buyer beware - no one is going to meet you and you are on your own. In the past I have always been pleased buying tickets tthough Trip Advisor, but this experience was incredibly stressful. We had to contact Viator by phone to figure out the "no show" problem. They could not solve it, so the entry people at the Leaning Tower helped us sort things out. I'm so disappointed in Trip Advisor's vendors on this trip. How can you have entry tickets saying show up at a location 15 minutes early to meet the vendor and then have no one show up??? This is inexcusable. Turns out we figured things out, but lost valuable time. Provided instructions from the vendor were extremely poor.
