At 3:00 PM, the Potato Park will be introduced as a Biocultural Heritage Site, featuring its agricultural calendar and organizational structure. At 3:30 PM, there will be an informative session on the variety of native potatoes, their cultivation, and preservation, followed by a visit to the Andean Crops Museum.
At 4:00 PM, refreshments will be served, including a tasting of native potatoes and local chili peppers, prepared by the women of the community. Following this, at 4:30 PM, there will be a tour of the Communal Seed Bank, emphasizing its importance in conservation, food security, and traditional knowledge.
The return to Pisac is planned for 5:00 PM.
