Informational and fun! Perfect day! - Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The humor, while perhaps a little corny, was fun and added to the experience! Love the bus tours to get to know a city!

We enjoyed the tour, next... - We enjoyed the tour, next time we wouldn't get off at stops and just stay on the bus. If you got off at a stop it was kind of long before the next bus came. But we loved sitting up top and our tour guides we very friendly and informative!

My trip to Pittsburgh - This is a great tour and the guide gave a lot of information about Pittsburgh, with recommendations where eat. He also explained some of the lingo that is unique to Pittsburgh.

It was an overall pretty... - It was an overall pretty enjoyable ride. Both the driver and guide were very nice. We have been on numerous hop on hop off rides throughout the world and I would say the guide’s delivery was not one of the better ones.

Great way to see the city! - It is much longer than expected. Your guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely got to see a lot and learn a lot. We did not hop on and off. It was very hot and we were on top (we could have been inside with air conditioning) Once we got off we enjoyed the area (the strip) and had a great time. If your new to the area,I recommend this excursion! Great way to see the city

Good tour but long waits for bus at some stops. - We did this tour to explore Pittsburgh, a city to which we've never been. Every thing was good except for the fact that there were 21 stops and we were only able to get off and explore at 2 of them because there wasn't enough time in the day to do more and the wait time for another bus to come was too long.

Best Done By Locals with Out of Town Guests - Someday, this company will be awesome, but it still has obvious growing pains. We tried to start the tour at one of the hop on/off locations. There was no signage to tell us we were in the right location The website directions were to find two stores that did not exist (Barnes & Noble bookstore and Starbucks). When chats did not work, and I finally called and expressed my frustration, I got a lecture about how I could have found what I wanted in one of the 90 pages of their website. Foolish me to try to use the links given in the email confirmation! When we realized how long we would have to wait for a bus, we opted to walk to a closer route location. Again, no signage and we were guessing on where/how to catch the bus. Once on the bus, I asked the tour guide to show me where the mysterious Barnes & Noble/Starbucks were. So when we passed a school bookstore and Roastery, I was told "This is the spot" The response when I said the bookstore was not a Barnes & Noble, the answer was: "Well, it is affiliated with Barnes & Noble" That takes more local knowledge than I happened to have, and clearly showed there was no interest in making any changes to help outsiders. If you miss a bus, the wait for the next one can be over an hour. I guess that happened to us, so we just ended our experience early. When they grow enough to have more buses and they straighten out their website and directions, it will likely be a great experience. Until then, Only Locals Need Apply
