The Best Jet Ski Experience - First time booking a jet ski experience with Tenerife First Excursions and by a mile it was the best one we’ve been on. Due to a poor experience with a different company on our previous visit I decided to do things differently this time. I contacted Tenerife First Excursions through WhatsApp while still in the UK. Roxie responded within minutes with all the information I needed, such as price list, the best day to go for best weather conditions and what steps to take when booking. Once we decided to book the 1 hr trip, Roxie sent me the payment link and within 10 minutes of contacting them, it was booked I was sent the invoice on WhatsApp, which you will need to show on the day along with photos of your id or passport details. I was sent all the details of where to go for the meeting point and once we were in Puerto Colon, it was easy to find. The lads on the boat from Extreme Skis were brilliant and made sure everyone on the trip was looked after whatever experience they had. The jet ski was the best one I have been on and was in immaculate condition, we had the best fun. Have no worries about booking with this outfit, whether you are already on Tenerife or before you fly out. It was a straight forward experience and a brilliant morning on the jet ski. We won’t book with anyone else.

Amazing - Lorena provided us with the best prices and the best service for the full week. No matter what we needed she had it for us. From tops of where to transport around Tenerife Lorena had everything covered. If you were thinking of booking with Tenerife first excursions, DONT HESITATE, they are the best and we will continue to use them with our next visits

My First Jet Ski Experience - I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle and was pleased to find out that I was her first Jet Ski client, she was a great help, lots of information and advice of what was necessary such as price ranges, time lengths and what to expect from the company I was jet skiing with. Overall she was an amazing help and I would recommend anyone if they’re interested in doing activities through Michelle. FANTASTIC!!

10/10 experience - We couldn't recommend enough to anyone looking to book and if you go ask for Patricia she was so lovely very good explaining and got us what we really wanted to do even tho we were late bookers she got us the best even if my birthday was the next day she got as the jet skis and helped us with the boat trip I really couldn't recommend enough thank you again Patricia !

Fantastic!! - After seeing tenerife excursions on tik tok we decided to head to their Las Americas shop and was greeted by Daniel. We booked 3 excursions with him, Siam park Jet skis and the island tour. Daniel made it so quick and easy to book and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even rearranged the island tour after miscommunication with where the bus would pick us up. This was quickly resolved. And he also contacted the jet ski company to get our photos sent over and kept in contact on WhatsApp after he spoke with the company. Excellent customer service goes above and beyond. If your thinking of booking jet skis, absolutely do it, you will not regret it! Would definitely recommend, thank you!!

Average jet ski experience - First time experience and it was pretty fun, didn’t do research before hand so you had to follow a boat around for an hour instead of free roaming near the harbour which was pretty disappointing but understandable fir safety reasons.
