Great crew - Fantastic crew. Would highly recommend. The sea was particularly rough and my Mum started feeling sick. The crew were amazing and really helped make her feel better and kept checking on her throughout the trip. We saw plenty of whales and had a great swim in the bay.

Amazing Memories Made!! - This was an amazing trip, and would highly recommend!!!! The staff were amazing, friendly, and approachable. Seeing whales in their natural habitat was overwhelming and an absolute privilege!!!! My only annoyance was with other customers. It was requested that we were quiet when near the whales, as not to scare them. I understand that you cannot get all children to be quiet, but adults being loud, when asked not to by staff was out of order!! Food was nice. Jumping off the boat was amazing. Throughout the trip all staff were fantastic!!! If I visit Tenerife again ... I would DEFINITELY do this trip again!!

Sighting DE tropical calderones - Although we saw NO dolphins only tropical calderones, the experience was worth it. Great work DE the crew, from captain to guide Sonia. Attentive with the children, quick serving food and drink and proper explanations about cetaceans! There was a kid who threw up on board and right away they cleaned him up and kept an eye DE how he felt. We were lucky with the sea that day was EN calm and the excursion was great.

Bad weather, but great service. - They are an excellent company, very well organised and great value for money. Sadly the seas became very choppy and they decided for safety reasons to turn around and sail back to port. However this was definitely the right thing to do. We still ate the food which was very nice and they offered us refunds or to rearrange for another day. You can't say fairer than that . The boat is very nice and on a normal day would be a great experience. Sadly you can't help the weather, obviously no fault of MaxiCat, but they did amazing anyway.

A must! - Great boat trip. Half an hour to get to best whale and dolphin spotting spot. WE SAW BOTH AND THEY WERE STUNNING!!! Food was served (was a little on the cold side but edible) paella for adults, chicken nuggets and chips for kids. Drinks served throughout trip - beer, sangria and soft drinks. Half an hour stop to swim (optional) Then back to harbour. Family photos as you get on boat, available to purchase at the end (€20 for 4) *personally, I'd like to see them scrap the food as it was served on paper plates, which could end up in the sea with a gust of wind - not environmentally friendly* *smoking is allowed on deck too, again, they have paper cups hanging off the side of the boat to put these into when finished which could also, very easily end up in the sea and harm the wildlife*

Very expensive for what ES actually. - ES true, we saw a few cauldrons but nothing else. The ship crew very friendly EN all times. Abysmal organization EN line before DE boarding the ship (the DE staff was NO match) and this caused some misunderstanding. Too many people on board, it was almost impossible to pass to the bar, you had to disturb people all the time. Food and drink without more, the rice was correct but the nuggets inedible, very hard. With regard to drinks, except water, it was all kinds of DEdora (powder) machines that DE fast food outlets use. Stress that even if you say it is 3 hours DE excursion ES NO true. It's two and a half hours. Those DE the previous excursion arrive at our departure time, between departure and entry, we leave half an hour later but arrive at the scheduled time where those of the next shift were waiting. Mom ENto bathing very well (because I love the sea wherever) but keep in mind that NO ES shallow zone and the water is dark. NO repeat of the experience, I think it ES better to take another excursion DE scarcely (DE DE two hours with whale watching and with bathroom included but without food or drink) is much cheaper. EN general very expensive for what ES actually.

Please do your research before booking. There is definitely so much better options. This was the worst!! - We arrived via transfer an hour before departure and were dropped off at the boarding gate with three small children. We were then made to wait, only to be told the boat would be 20 minutes late. The organisation prior to boarding was extremely poor. When I politely asked how much longer we would have to wait, the staff member couldn’t give an answer and instead made the conversation about his own long work hours, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. The boat finally departed at 1:30pm, half an hour late, and we were expecting a three hour trip. However, the journey was cut short, returning to port by 3pm with no swimming stop as advertised. The food provided was extremely poor quality and cold, unappetising, and inedible. The chicken nuggets were rock hard, and the chips were soggy and cold, meaning my children couldn’t eat them. The atmosphere onboard was unpleasant, with multiple passengers being sick in bags and on the floor. While seasickness can happen, it made the environment very uncomfortable for families. The bar service itself was fine, but the location of the bar meant it was very difficult to access due to congestion. I have been on many boat trips over the years, and sadly this was one of the worst. Poor organisation, reduced trip time, bad food, and an overall unpleasant environment made for a very disappointing experience for my family.

NO recommendation if your goal ES to see DE cetacean sightings in peace - In the beginning all great, we were supposed to have a sighting DE whales and dolphins but it was NO more, a group DE foreigners started vomiting and ruined the experience, the workers decided to go to the coast and we could see NOTHING if NO in the far distance a group DE whales q ni pu DE record from the distance that was seen, a p EN as we paid to see those animals in the wild and all we saw are foreigners vomiting, we expected some kind of reward POR doing that to people who were going to enjoy the experience but did nothing, honestly NO recommend it since the type DE people who go ES foreigners with children, with babies who are NO POR so for obvious reasons 3 hours DE pl en solo at sea, and people who are NO prepared to hold that long, the unlimited drink is sloppy, the tea in a hose with a gas and NO taste so surely I would recommend more if you are looking for something sincere.
