IF YOU LIKE THE SEA, IT IS WORTH IT!! - We booked doubtful but we were delighted. It is a spacious and comfortable catamaran. Safe for kids, but don't take your eye off them! The lovely crew, I remember the Guide called Sonia and Patron Christian, but they were all very friendly and welcoming. The food for adults is delicious, a rice with chicken canary very good. However, the children's must change nugget supplier, they were very bad, my children finally ate rice that very kindly the crew served them. The drink on board included and we were given a gofio cupcake with rich honey for dessert. I recommend the experience, that if, beware, the sea claims its victims, in case of doubt, drink something for dizziness because you can have a hard time. Congratulations team!

Fantastic experience! - Maxitaxi has been a fantastic experience. Absolutely lovely weather, and unlimited with good drink + paella when it was served (included in price). We saw pilot whales (unfortunately not dolphins, the odds were lower). The crew was very friendly and explained what we saw along the way. We stopped for half an hour where you could swim from the boat. The boat was a little overcrowded compared to what we were told, but it went perfectly fine and you could move freely on board. My girlfriend had her birthday that day, and the captain got everyone on a birthday song and she got a wine as a gift. All in all, this tour was worth the cost and I would recommend everyone to consider going on this activity for an optimal holiday.

Lovely boat trip but let down by other passengers - Lovely boat, staff were very friendly and food was good. Slightly let down by a very aggressive passenger (swearing and threatening to another passenger) that wasn’t addressed - intimidating when you have kids with you, although I’m not sure if the staff were fully aware.

Good, but not as long as advertised sadly - Booked this as it was a 3 hour boat tour with the option to see whales and go swimming. Boat departed at 4:20 and arrived back at 6:15 so was less than the 3 hours we paid for and expected. Very good views of the whales, free drinks and free food, just wished it was the time it was advertised. We got no more than 5 minutes swimming in the ocean, which we was very upset with.

Overcrowded catamaran and misleading “family-friendly” claim - We chose this catamaran excursion because it was advertised as being suitable for children and babies, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match that expectation. We came with a baby and a toddler and the catamaran was very crowded. The seats in the middle were extremely close together, we were almost touching knees with the people in front of us. Our seats were also right next to the path to the bar, so every time someone wanted a drink we had to move to let them pass. With a baby, this quickly became quite stressful. These seats really don’t seem appropriate, but it felt like they were used simply to maximize capacity. There were some nicer areas on the boat, especially at the front and the nets, but only about four people could sit on the nets while many more passengers were on board. So most people didn’t really get a chance to use them. The music was also very loud during the trip, which again didn’t seem very baby-friendly. The tour itself was otherwise fine, but because the boat was so packed it was much less enjoyable than other boat trips we’ve done in the past. Another small frustration was the boarding process. We were asked to arrive 30 minutes before departure, but then everyone just waited around and boarding started a few minutes before the scheduled time, so the extra waiting didn’t seem to serve any purpose, which is not ideal when you’re travelling with small children. Also, the tour was advertised as lasting 3 hours, but it actually lasted around 2 hours and 20 minutes. In our case this wasn’t a big issue since we weren’t articularly enjoying the experience anyway, but it still seems misleading to advertise a longer duration than what is actually delivered.

wasted day of vacation - At the beginning everything was fine except the rate that clearly changed according to the person in front of it in fact from 45 dropped to 35 then We were told the day before that it was probably canceled due to too much wind telling us that the next day by 10 am we were confirmed. The next day until 11am we heard nothing from anyone and after repeated calls the owner answered saying that everything was ready to leave so we go to the stop and take the shuttle that in 1h takes us to the port they let us off and arrived in front of the catamaran ready to board they tell us that the trip was canceled due to bad weather making us waste half a day of vacation and making us do 2 h by bus between one resort and another
