- Pick up and return to your hotel on request. Please note there is no pick-up from Puerto de la Cruz or the north of the island. Pick-up is available in the South of Tenerife. Please request your pick-up a minimum of 24 hours prior to your departure.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Life-vests available for all passangers.
- Sighting of the cetaseos and surrounding wildlife is extremely common however it is not guaranteed.

Birthday trip 15/01/26 - This trip was amazing, thank you michael andre and Edmond, you made my daughters birthday trip a memorable one, the food , drink excellent, plenty to choose from and to surprise her with a cake and sing happy birthday was brilliant , thank you so much, these guys were amazing

Fabulous trip out, we did... - Fabulous trip out, we did actually see the whales. Definitely worth the money. The crew were very attentive and looked after us well. The shots at the end near finished me haha .food was delicious ,we will definitely see you again for sure.

Excellent experience - Trip was excellent and exactly how we imagined. 3 hours was just enough to enjoy everything. Staff was very friendly, there was food and got to see whales as well. Great value. Thank you!

Great Whale Watching Experience - Saw a large number of pilot whales, were able to get up close. Captain didn’t a great job of finding a second pod once the first pod submerged. Boat was great, not too large nor too small, very stable but also nimble. About 10 others, in addition to the two of us. The food and drinks were great, the crew was very engaging.
The snorkeling after the whale watching was also very nice.
I was also impressed at how respectful of the whales the crew was, we delayed our return by several minutes because the captain didn’t want to turn on the engines while the whales were too close, in fear of hitting one.

Fantastic trip! (Again) - This was our second time with MC (Jan 9th) and again did not disappoint. In fact I would say, if you want a professional, small group tour with drinks and tapas you cannot beat this team. The crew are very informative and knew just where to go to see the whale pods. We saw so many and up close it was amazing again. It was truly magical. Efficient transfers and so friendly I can’t fault this company. I don’t usually do reviews but i want others to know how good these guys are. Thanks guys - great trip.

Memorable Experience - A brilliant memorable experience. The captain and crew were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Managed to see a small pod of juvenile Pilot Whales followed by two adults that came close along side. Plenty of room on the boat even with a full compliment of 24 guests. The buffet lunch was delicious and plentiful including drinks. The inclusion of pick up and drop off was a bonus. A high point of our holiday.

Great day out on the catamaran - Great day on the boat- not too crowded and friendly staff. We saw lots of pilot whales close up which was what we hoped for. Nice lunch and swim too.

Fair price for the whole experience - A fairly normal bread meal with chacina, but the tortillas were great. Drinks freely available, water, soft drinks, beer, wine... We saw a lot of whales and the staff were lovely:) the bathroom was very clean all the time to be in there 23 people 3 hours. The boat is small, but positively, instead of those big boats with hundreds of people. Very comfortable. The price is very suitable for time, drinks, food and experience.

Basic - About 90% of the time was spent out on the open sea 🗺️. We only saw dolphins and did not see any whales, which was quite different from what was advertised. I’m not sure whether this had anything to do with the last-minute change of departure port. The lunch buffet was very basic.

Bad, but not due to organazation - There were no whales&dolphins, that can happen of course. I was offered a free trip next time, great service. Lots of people on a catamaran, thats no problem. But a group of germans, three men, a woman and three kids was there. One of the men approcahed me aggressively. For no reason. I informed the captain, he was not prepared for something like that. One of the crewmembers comfort, the young guy, me, also the woman who drove us back. That was great. My advice to crew; be prepared for something like that to happen. Escpeccially when groups enter the boat. Unfornuately for me it was a shocking experience on seconds christmas day. Organazation was just fine and good service. But please update protocoll.
