• Your dive master will review your past diving experiences with you and provide advice to enhance your comfort throughout the dives.
• Upon arrival, you’ll gear up. We’ll collectively ensure all equipment is in prime condition, with your guide verifying tank pressure and conducting a thorough check.
• A walk-through of the site will acquaint you with the Cenotes, the entry points, and the planned diving route.
• Prior to the initial dive, we’ll conduct a safety and diving orientation.
• The interval on the surface will be scheduled according to the first dive’s duration.
• Post the completion of two distinct dives along separate routes, we’ll dine together at a local Mexican eatery (subject to Covid 19 restrictions, an alternative might be Sandwiches).
• We anticipate returning to Playa del Carmen between 2:30 pm and 3 pm.

Wonderful experience - Wonderful experience. Pepé, our guide explained everything phenomenal and taught us many things. We loved the experience. They are also super honest, we made the duplicate payment without realizing it and they warned us to return the money.

Exceptional experience - Thank you for everything, excellent Service and Sebastian had the patience and was very calm for my return to diving you hear of some standby time, they are a super human and professional Enterprise in all the length of the word. Best Cenote Guides in the Business - Incredible and unique experience diving at Cenotes Kukulcan and Little Brother. Amazing stalagmite/stalagmite formations, very interesting diving with a halocline fog layer below incredibly clear freshwater caverns, and exploring the caves.
One of the highlights was surfacing in an enclosed formation in the Cenote with an air pocket mid-dive at Little Brother, only accessible by swimming underwater through the Cenote, at the perfect time to have a direct angle from the sun shooting a beam of light through the small opening in the limestone to the surface.
Our dive master Ana was experienced and professional, and went out of her way to make sure my Dad returned quickly and safely to the surface after some ear equalization issues. She was also impressively knowledgeable about the history and science behind Cenote formations, and always had an answer to prying questions about all things Cenote. It's clear the safety of their clients is a top priority, and they value a great diving experience for their customers.
Highly recommend booking a Cenote dive with this team.

A Truly Unique Experience - This was such a unique and incredible experience. Sebastien was an amazing guide, he was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic! This was my first dive in a cenote or in any kind of enclosed space and he made me feel comfortable and prepared at all times! I loved hearing about all
of the history as well. The dives were unreal, unlike anything other dive I have ever experienced. I was blown away by the light effects, the halocline effects and the peacefulness of the space. Thank you Cenote Guy for this very special experience. I cannot wait to come back and dive more cenotes with this company!

Best experience of my life - Today I went diving with the cenote guy team and the truth is that there are no words to explain the experience. Everything is AMAZING.
I'm going to start by thanking guide Sebastian. I have been diving for over 9 years and I have never seen an instructor who is so dedicated and who loves what he does. Not only did he give us a cenote diving briefing, but also at times he became a history teacher to tell us the whole origin of the cenotes, how they were formed. He also spoke to us and showed us underwater the fossils, why the water changed color on the surface, the haloclines, the differences of caves and caves, but also told us about the trees and birds that were there. It made cave diving a thousand times more interesting than it already is. A guide who takes all the time in the world making you feel safe and confident underwater.
We were the first to arrive and the last to leave.
He did buoyancy tests so that each diver would feel comfortable under the water, added to the fact that he was watching us all the time.
Afterwards, the team in the dive tent are also great... Junior and Dani... preparing the teams (who are in excellent condition) and giving attention from the first moment.
And after the end of the day, it includes food to return happy and with the belly full at home.
100% recommended!!!!!!!

Cenote Diving Experience - Was a very awesome experience. I felt like a part of the family with this tour and the cenote guy made me feel like I was a friend he was taking with him to the cenote. I highly recommend this tour to anyone thinking about diving in the cenote.

Unbelievable, movie style views - This trip was AMAZING! The team Sebastian and Dani were fantastic from booking with Dani and dive guide with Sebastian.
Sebastian knew so much I feel I got a great dive and a walking tour. I got more information regarding cenotws than I have at a paid tour for one.
The dives were just specular, it felt like a picture you'd see from the movie!
I highly highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again when I return to Mexico!

Mega unique and positive experience - Mega beautiful dive! During my dive there were also few people so we had the cenote to ourselves which made the experience even better. I have had positive experience with the cenote guy. I was helped super well via WhatsApp all my questions were answered and I was also kept informed of everything I liked very much via this communication. And the ones I had contact with were also very, very nice. I dived with seb, he was a super sweet and good guide. We got information about the history of the cenotes which I found very interesting. Overall unique, positive experience recommended for all divers. Especially because you can do it with your open water license and it is something you must have seen as a diver.

Amazing!!! - We had the best experience with The Cenote Guy Diving! We did 2 cenote dives with Alma at Kukulkan & Little Brother. This was our first time. Amazing briefing and Alma always made us feel safe. Such an amazing experience we will always cherish. Will definitely be diving more cenotes in the future!
