- The meeting point is at 8:00am at the Sangha-Rito restaurant, next to Starbucks in the center of Playa del Carmen. If your hotel is within Playa del Carmen we may be able to pick you up. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with the hotel name and room number.

Andy Rex is the best! - Andy Rex was the best tour guide so knowledgeable and enthusiastic! Went for the last tour of the day and lucked out as no one else showed and got our own private tour! 10/10 would recommend

10/10 experience - Did a tour with trex today learned a lot about Mayan culture and how the caves/ centos came to be. Had an Amazing experience with the guide looks like they keep the area clean and everyone is friendly would recommend.

A great experience, and... - A great experience, and we loved the more remote location. It was just the two of us with our guide and he did a great job. The cave was beautiful, very tranquil. Would highly recommend.

A fun adventure! - We had an amazing experience exploring the cenote! Our guide, Bosh, was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful guided tour. We were so impressed with how much he knew about the cenote and the surrounding wildlife. All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating as well. Definitely a highlight of our trip!!

Wonderful afternoon - We had an amazing time with Bosh! The cenote is wonderfully beautiful, and we learned a lot. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. You can tell Bosh cares deeply about the environment and these beautiful caves. Our family of 6 all enjoyed walking, climbing and swimming, from ages 5 to 68. Do not fret about the 20 minute very bumpy drive into the jungle once you turn off the highway - it’s worth it!!

A memorable and unique experience - An amazing and unique experience! This tour went through the incredible Cenote Chaak Tun which is filled with stalagmites, stalactites and fossils. It was unlike anything we have ever seen before! You will also see little catfish, birds and bats. The bats eat mosquitos so there are none in the cave but bring bug spray for when you are waiting outside in the jungle before and after. Our guide Bohish was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly, he really made the tour very special and memorable. We were provided with reef shoes, helmets and wetsuits were optional for an additional 200 pesos. It was quite cool inside the cave and getting in and out of the water constantly so we got the wetsuits and we were very comfortable throughout. You can’t bring any electronics inside the cave unless you have a water proof GoPro that you can attach to yourself. They take photos of you and you can review the photos and decide if you want to buy them after for 800 pesos. They gave us a little snack at the end (chocolate croissant) and a shot of tequila which was very welcome as you build up an appetite hiking through the cave. Don’t forget to bring some cash to tip your guide. You can pay for your photos and wet suit with credit card or cash.

The best thing I've ever done.. I can't stay talking about it. - Bosch was incredible. He was very knowledgeable kept us focused. Another thing I really enjoyed was how enthusiastic he was. He showed us things that we take for granted. He was very educated and willing to help us learn. I could have spent hours walking around with him and learning. I would give him five stars and this experience was amazing and I would suggest anybody goes to it

A must do! - Amazing tour. Very safe! Boash was a great tour guide. He told us so much information about the caves and formations. Snack could have been better. Group next to us had guacamole, wings, fresh juice. We had gross sandwiches. All in all I would definitely do it again!

Simply Magical! - This excursion was FANTASTIC. Lots of reviews said this experience was the highlight of their trip to Mexico, and our trip met that same expectation. Bohish is the most amazing guide. He was fun, entertaining, engaging, so informative and helpful. This is one trip you do not want to miss. It was simply magical!
