Authentic food, fun and I learned lots! - Fantastic experience! Coty is a passionate teacher who wanted us to enjoy amazing and authentic Mexican cuisine, learn new skills and have fun! I am better at chopping herbs, de-seeding peppers, making guacamole, and sipping Mezcal :) The soup we made was beyond delicious and will be a regular at home, and now I know how to make the best tortilla chips - better than any you can buy in the shops. I was a margarita fan but now mezcalitas all the way. Fabio made sure everything ran like clockwork and is utterly charming. Thank you Coty and Fabio - we had a blast! Anna and fam
