Great Experience, Fabian is the best - Fabian was a fantastic guide, he was very knowledgeable about the history and the horses. Getting to learn the backgrounds of Chili and Capricho made the experience even more personal and enjoyable. Getting to ride horses in the jungle is such a unique experience and I would recommend it to anyone. If you end up going you should request Fabian and Manuel as they really made it amazing. You also get to meet the other rescued animals such as Tequila and her newborn babies. The Cenote is beautiful as well.

Awesome riding through the jungle - We had a fantastic horseback riding experience with this ranch, through the jungles. Fabian and the crew were superb and the horses were all very well behaved. Great way to experience the jungle and see a different side of Cancun.

Bonanza ranch - We visited the ranch and loved it. The animals all have a story and are cared for with love and patience. Those who work are passionate and the guides are always kind and helpful. We recommend this experience to everyone, adults and children.

Good riding and nice experience in eco-park. - We were a party of three with varying levels of riding experience. The tour was informative and Paula was wonderful at explaining the environment, trees, animals all located on the grounds. She provided us information on the horses backgrounds and stories of their rescue. The horse ride was mainly for entry level riders on a guided tour through a path. There is a stop midway with a nice break and walk experience. There is a photographer taking photos which you can buy at reasonable price.

Best trip of my Mexico visit! - I would recommend this trip to every nature & animal lover! Apart from beautiful ride in jungle (yes, we did see the monkeys!:) & swim in crystal clear cenote, we heard very interesting stories about Mayan culture.
I mostly appreciate the fact that Bonanza Ranch was set up to rehabilitate rescue animals: horses, donkeys, pig and many more <3
They have a little gift shop you can use after the trip, to support their activities.
I will bring this memory back with me- thank you to all the staff, cowboys and our guide, Sergio!

fun for the grown-up family - travelling with the whole family ( 17M / 14M / 12F) and spouse and 2 adult friends, we selected this one out of many - and were very happy with our choice. The staff is knowledgeable, they took their time explaining and making sure we were comfortable around and on the horses before setting out on the ride. Along the ride, they told us about every horse's particular history (most if not all are rescue), and were careful about the animals' and riders' well-being. We also learned a bit more about the ecology and cultural practices of the local inhabitant. A great afternoon !

Ride horse here - A wonderful experience. Fabian was excellent, all the cowboys were lovely . They made you feel so safe on the horse I was a first time rider and it was great . The gave you so much information about local fruits , trees and legends . If you gu hope that you get Cinnamon as your horse as she was just a love . Highly recommend

The best horseback riding tour ever - This was by far the best horseback riding tour I have ever taken in all of the countries islands any place that I have traveled. I have never had such an amazing experience. The horses are well taken care of the first person I met was one of the managers who was also the vet. The horses are rescues, but look healthy and happy there were also donkeys and goats and pigs and dogs and very well loved. Everything was clean they sanitize the helmets. I’ve never seen that before they gave us hair nuts to wear under the helmets for extra cleanliness. The restrooms were clean. The guides spoke. English were so polite well mannered well dressed. They genuinely cared about the animals. They didn’t try and oversell anything and even the pictures were very reasonably priced. Our guide Fabian was amazing. There were only three people who took the tour and there were four guides one between each one of us for our safety and for the safety of the horses. Orlando was the photographer he went along. He did a great job again, very friendly and professional.I wish you could score 100 because I would give this 100+ highly recommend you don’t want to miss this.

Disappointing end to the ride! - The ride itself was a wonderful experience. Very informative and enjoyable. During the trail ride we were photographed and video taped which we were able to buy at the end of our journey. We viewed the pictures and bought the entire package. We used cash. We never received the pictures. I have emailed multiple times and was told to show receipt. Which I did. Then I was sent to another email. No reply. I have emailed since and either request the pictures or a refund… I have heard nothing and feel that a wonderful ride..it was tainted by the lack of picture delivery and follow through from those I have contacted. We paid for the pictures and have never received them and I am not getting any responses or assistance. We were on the trip with three others and I have no way to see if the same held true for them. My only hope is that someone from Rancho Bonanza reads this and will help to clarify the situation. Very disappointing and frustrating.
