• IMPORTANT At Cirque du Soleil JOYA, All the experiences starts with dinner (1 hour) and then the show starts (1 hour later) the schedule depends on the experience selected.
• Your tickets will be held at the theater box office for collection on the day of the performance. You will be required to present your voucher, along with photo ID in exchange for your tickets.
• ID will be requested for alcohol consumption
• Champagne included in food and beverage experiences can be exchanged for red wine, white wine, juice, water or soft drink, directly in the theater with your waiter.
• Casual-formal dress code.
• We have vegan and vegetarian dinner menu options, in case of food restrictions please notify the waiter at the beginning of your dinner.
• The use of flash is not allowed when taking pictures for the safety of the artists and videos no longer than 1 minute.
