- One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. There us no sun cover in the water though, and you can’t wear sunscreen. The mud can help :)

Excellent tour and fun 🤩 guide - We had an amazing experience during this excursion, our tour guide Jose “Chepe” and the driver Alan were absolutely amazing, great experience, professional experience and knowledgeable. The areas were not crowded and the food was delicious. Thanks 🙏🏻

Amazing tour! - We booked this tour through our hotel and I'm very happy with the outcome. I wanted to book something I could do with my mother who can't walk for long distances. The hotel tour lady suggested this one with the lagoon and cenotes. It was so pretty and relaxing! Jose aka Chepe was an amazing guide and explained things in both English and Spanish. He gave us a lot of history and facts. He communicated our schedule clearly. Our driver Jesus did an amazing job driving us safely. Over all, we were very happy with our trip and I look forward to booking tours with Ekinox on future trips to Cancun.

Laguna Kaan Luum you can not miss it! - Excellent Tour operator , it was a great experience, everything very Clean both the places we went to cone the vehicle, and the guoa Jose Rivera Excellent guide, very cordial, attentive and explaining everything in a great way you notice the knowledge!

Shocking to know the cenotes and the Lagoon with an explanation so well done with Eckinox Tours and Montse, your guide - It was an amazing experience, very complete thanks to the guide that led us. Montserrath de la agencia Ekinox Tours. I recommend it 100% It was amazing everything we learned thanks to its explanations of the meaning of the names of the places we visited. The making of cocoa, the Mayan Ceremony, the obtaining of honey. Cenotes. She explained everything very well, a warm treatment and clearing doubts even from other places that we were interested in knowing later. My family and friends I have highly recommended that Tour Agency, as the staff very well unlike another guide we had in Merida who cut us and only cared about foreigners. Montse is a King of Tourist Guides for me.
My husband and I plan to return at the end of the year and seek the services of that Agency and ask if we can be assigned as a guide to Do. Clean and punctual transportation.

Beautiful! - Great experience. The Kann Luum lagoon was beautiful, super clear water, friendly fishes, tons of beautiful photo opportunities. The cenotes were also great, also crystal-clear, cool water. The cave cenote was my favorite; small but beautiful, a really unique spot to swim! There were even little bats in the cave! (They were quite small and not at all worrying) The tour picked me up in Tulum at the meeting spot, right on time. That pickup spot worked well, since there was not a long drive to either location, and a later pickup time (confirmed with the company via messaging in the Viator app). Overall, easy, fun, and a beautiful experience!

A unique experience, thanks to José - The tour was amazing, but what really made it special was our guide, José Rivero. He showed us beautiful places and shared with us his knowledge about the nature of Holbox. His dedication made every moment magical. Highly recommended!

Super recommended! - Transportation was excellent, well punctual, comfortable and good air conditioning. The very good and professional driver.
The guides Fernando and Rafael were very attentive and explained everything very clearly from the beginning. Those cenotes and the lagoon are spectacular, not many people go to visit them because they are not so popular in this area.
The food was on another level, authentic Mexican with many options to choose chicken, pork, meat, fish, soup etc.
