• For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use cell phones or any other electronic device during the activities. Only the use of GoPro attached to our helmets and Chesty mounts is permitted, which are subject to availability.
• It is recommended to bring an extra change of clothes.

• This is a shared guided group tour and activities are done at intervals.
• This tour is NOT private, it is a shared tour and there may be lines or waiting times.
• If you are late or do not show, no refund is offered.
• Subject to availability, changes or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will incur an extra charge of USD 15 per person.
• Extra charges for the purchase of souvenirs, photos, or any other purchases may have an additional amount of 16% VAT. Any extra charges during the experience are completely unrelated to our company.
• Our company is not responsible for guarantees or charges for inclusions not mentioned in the contracted package, such as souvenirs, photos and any extra purchases during the tour inside and outside our facilities.
• Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors. In addition, the transfer time to and from your hotel must be considered.
• If you are bringing a baby between 1 and 3 years old, you must mention it in your reservation.
