One for the bucket list! - I'm a solo nomad woman and had this saved for over a year. Finally went for it and sincerely, Ive never seen anything like that pink paradise. The boat ride, all fauna (flamingos, crocodiles, raccoons, pelicans), the clay bath and the beach stop were pure magic. Miguel was the best guide. Advise: Don't try doing this on your own, you'd need three buses. This experience is only for those who truly want it. Bring snacks and pesos. A totally GO!

Adventure Worth the Ride! - More than just a tourist thing, it's honestly and adventure... and we loved it! The drive to Rio Lagartos and Las Coloradas is definitely long, but it's worth it. The pink waters are real, and the boat ride totally stole the show. If you're up for something different, don't skip this one!

Las Coloradas plus Rio Lagartos - Nature, Crocs and Lake Swim! - We had such a fun and unforgettable day! Marcelino, our guide, was full of energy and made everyone feel welcome right away. He kept things flowing, made us laugh and really knew how to keep the group engaged. Seeing crocs up close was insane. I necer thought I'd actually touch one! They made sure we had cold water all day, which was amazing under the sun. And splashing in Rio Lagartos lake was exactly what we needed to end the day. I've already told friends and family about this tour. Tourballoon absolutely nailed it. I'm booking with them for sure!

David was the best! - David is the most accommodating driver/guide. He is very friendly, knowledgeable person with a good sense of humor. He kept the group on time and had so much fantastic information to share. I got some great photos of the pink lagoons and loved seeing the flamingos. I touched a crocodile! Yikes! So much fun though! Highly recommended!

Blue unicorn turned pink landscapes! UNIQUE! - We had a fantastic time with Lilly as our guide. She knew so much about the areas we visited and made sure everyone had their photos taken in the most beautiful spots. The flamingos were majestic and quite frankly, so were the crocodiles. I had never touched one before and thought I'd be scared, but it wasa really neat experience. I'd do it again and recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different.

Great staff and guides - The full day guided tour of Coloradas and Rio Lagartos gave us a great overview of some beautiful lands. We enjoyed the boat ride through the lagoon and our visit to the pink sea unforgettable. I lost my hat along the way, but with help from staff (Maru), it was later returned to me. Marcelino was a fantastic guide. It's worth it every minute!

From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized — the communication was clear, the itinerary was thoughtfully planned, and every detail was handled with such care. I highly recommend it

Long but beautiful day! - What a day! Just wrapping up and not even back to the Airbnb yet, but had to drop a review. Did the tour to Los Coloradas and Rio Lagartos with guide Jenner and driver Manassis—both were great! The pink lakes at Los Coloradas were super pretty (and windy!)—definitely more of a quick photo stop, but still worth seeing. Then we headed to Rio Lagartos for a boat ride, and that was the real highlight for me. I actually took my shoes off and stepped into the water and mud to get a better (though still far) view of flamingos—totally worth it. We also spotted a couple of crocodiles which was wild! Just a heads-up: plan on getting wet and muddy here, so pack extra clothes or a towel (maybe extra shoes depending on what you are wearing). We wrapped up at a crocodile farm (yep, actual crocs!), which was a cool way to end the day. Logistics were smooth—started with a small bus that connected us to the larger bus for the rest of the trip. It’s about 3 hours each way from Cancun, so definitely a long day, but the bus had outlets for charging which helped. Overall, it was easy, informative, and a great experience if you're up for a bit of adventure!
