We meet at the North East Corner or Benito Juarez Avenue and 5ta Avenida Downtown Playa del Carmen if you are coming on taxi tell the driver to drop you right at the downtown bus station ADO and you will be right there. Your guide will be waiting for your he will be wearing a Red shirt.

We had a wonderful tour... - We had a wonderful tour with Uli. He was friendly, knowledgeable and great tour guide. It was a wonderful way to explore and get a taste of authentic Mexican street food. Would highly recommend for a relaxed way to explore and enjoy in Playa Del Carmen

Fantastic start to our holiday in Mexico. We immediately knew what we liked about Mexican cuisine. - What a super fun experience this was. Ulises showed us around fantastically and let us taste the most delicious Mexican food. It was also fun. Really recommended to book this tour and also very nice with children.

Great food tour - Great food tour - I had an awesome time with Ulises, trying different kinds of Mexican food and seeing different places that you probably wouldn't visit as a tourist. I enjoyed the variety - and it was a lot of food. Since it was kind of a private tour, I was the only guest that night, it was great to talk about Mexico, food culture, traveling and everything. Thank you so much!

Yummo! - SO MUCH FUN!!! And the food was OMG !!!!! THE CHURROS!!!!! Even the Tequila tasting was so much fun ! I didn't think I would like flavored Tequila !! I bought 3 bottles!!! Ulises was WONDERFUL!!

Know what to eat in Mexico. - Perfect tour to explore Mexican food. Ulisis is a great guide who knows his way around Play del Carmen. The food was fantastic. It was our first day in Mexico so now we know what to order. Do not hesitate and book a tour.

Ulysses, our charismatic and knowledgeable host, guided us through a culinary journey that was as flavorful as it was fun. We started with savory birria, followed by perfectly crafted tostadas and tacos that were bursting with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. To wrap up the night, we indulged in a sweet marquesita dessert—a delightful ending to a memorable evening. Ulysses not only shared the history and culture behind each dish but kept the atmosphere lively with plenty of laughs. This tour is a fantastic way to explore Playa del Carmen like a local, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Valuable tips for the rest of your trip - We were given a tour of the best eateries with the real Mexican food from Guide Johan. He talked passionately about his Mexico and we still benefit from his tips in every other place we go! He speaks good English, also talks about the culture and we were able to ask him all kinds of questions. Tip: make sure you are hungry 😀
