Beach concierge & Bar Palms staff - Beach concierge absolutely the best! They set us up each day, brought snacks, entertained us. Alberich, Ines, Miguel - wonderful. INES even got life guard for me when I accidentally hurt my leg. She had him there in minutes, he cleaned wound site, bandaged it, all safely with good hygiene procedures & it has healed nicely. They also documented everything, even though it was not their fault, I was the clumsy one. We loved their wonderful smiles & happiness, it made the water, beach, & whole experience even greater. And the Bar Palms - they served drinks with a huge smile, thank you Epifani, Ross, & Ricardo. You won't be disappointed with a trip there.

Excellent water park with attractions for all ages - Excellent water park. The facilities are unbeatable. The attractions are very good and there are for all ages and tastes. Highly recommended.

Very good option to go to the beach, just a little expensive. - I liked it a lot, it is a bit expensive but the beach is nice, we touched a bit of seaweed but if there were parts we could walk without seaweed, the typical turquoise blue, the very rich food, there was a closed restaurant and islands of food outside i.e. on the beach, showers and dressing rooms, good care and good service, plus there are activities with cost that you can do as well.
