Excellent tour by Ro and Jonathan - Great tour. Provides a great historical perspective of Mayan culture. Also cool to see a cenote as well as snorkeling to see turtles. Our guide Ro was chock full of information and he was funny too. Jonathan was a great driver to provide snacks and water too. The lunch was delicious but watch out for the raccoons. Def recommend this tour.

Great experience for first time visitors - The whole trip with our guide Kevin was amazing. From visiting the tulum ruins, where Kevin was with you for an hour and explained the history of the ruins, to swimming alongside turtles which was truly an amazing experience, to finally visiting the beautiful cenotes which were absolutely breathtaking (although were very cold!) Kevin was with you the entire time while snorkelling and also swimming in the cenotes. You did get an hour tour of the ruins and an hour of free time. Lunch was also included which is an added bonus, however I would suggest eating before as lunch is at the end of the activities. Finally massive shoutout to Jose our driver, who picked us up and then drove to all our destinations and back to our hotels! Overall a well structured day to visit all the amazing sites and an amazing guide and driver to have along to help! Thank you!

Good tour for the most part - Jonathon was a very nice tour guide. He new a lot about the ruins. Our turtle guide, name was never give, swam fast with flippers and expected everyone without flippers to keep up. Snorkel gear let water in through the mouthpiece and our guide actually left without us. We realized when he was about 40 meters away (there were only 6 of us in his group). We did see 2 turtles, but our group and at least 1 other were crowded over them. Lunch at the cenote was delicious. The cenote was gorgeous and the guide knew a lot. Staying and swimming with the tiny fish for a little was a highlight. Oh and our driver was amazing. He was such a safe driver!

Staff Great - Everything else dissapointing. - The only reason I am giving this a 3 star rating was because of the staff. From booking, to scheduling, to the tour guide and driver, they all worked so unbelievably hard to make sure the trip was enjoyable. The downside, Tequila tasting wasn't clearly shown to us, and if it was it was between 8am and 10am - which didnt feel like the ideal time to drink and eat chocolate. We were the ONLY people on the bus who completed their extra tax payment through the link so we had to stand around for 40 minutes in the heat while they figured out everyone else. apparently everyone had issues with this except us, and my issue with this is I did not expect to have pay MORE on top of the fee's I already paid to book the tour, I should have done more research on that one. The Turtles was probably the biggest disappointment, SO RUSHED!!!!!!!! You basically get into the water, swim as fast as you can around in a U shape, hopefully see a turtle or two and then you have to get out. I thought we were going to get a chance to go to an area and then just float around and snorkel and see the wildlife. IT was NOT that!! The Cenote was great, and lunch was...Meh but understandably so for having to feed so many groups. Honestly, my feeling about tours and excursions is officially - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY just find what you want to do, negotiate with a cab for a price to get there and pay the fees to enter. Unless you're paying for a private tour where you're the only ones that matter, its just not worth your time.
