Great scuba at Maroma Beach - The Scuba trip was well planned, although visibility was not great it was really enjoyable and we saw plenty of wildlife including a 6ft Stingray! Staff were really, really excellent and helpful. I have a basic dive cert as did one other the rest were on a try dive. Safety protocols were really good. Not much else to say, Maroma beach was beautiful, the dive was great and would recommend for a basic cert diver (Padi open water)

Open Water Dive qualification- Highly recommend - I did the pool skills and 4 open water dives with Alejandro as my instructor over 2 days. He was patient and explained everything well. The business was very professional, all staff being friendly. Transport to and from on both days was on time, all arranged at 1 days notice. I really enjoyed the whole experience, including the buffet lunch included! I would 5 star recommend.

Amazing introduction to scuba - Absolutely brilliant experience. Lucaz and his team were fantastic. On arrival we were greeted by our instructor Lucaz and then shown around the facilities before being given a safety briefing before heading to the boat. We have done many introduction dives but none have been as thorough as this one and we felt confident to head into water to dive. Before doing the dive, you are taken to a practice area and all the skills talked about on land are put into practice under water to ensure you are confident and comfortable and also that the instructors can see you are going to be safe. Once this is completed you head out to deeper water for about a 45 minute dive. This was amazing. The team point out fish, corals, lobsters, all things of interest under the sea. Whilst doing this they are always making sure you are ok and safe. The dive site is beautiful. We have been lucky enough to dive on the Great Barrier Reef and this dive was up there with its beauty. Colourful fish and corals everywhere. The team couldn’t have been more professional and friendly whilst looking after the safety of the group. We would highly recommend a dive with this company. From pick up at our hotel, right back to being dropped off. Amazing.

First Time, But Not The Last - I felt so prepared after the intro class that I was shocked that I could actually spit water out of my mouth while underwater. Alex and his team made it a phenomenal experience and I would easily make this trip again!

Lukaz Polek and Maroma Beach Club were incredible for our PADI Open Water Scuba Diving Certification! - Lukaz Polek was an incredible instructor while getting our Open Water Diving PADI scuba diving certification! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience fun and carefree! Highly highly recommend him and the program at Maroma Beach in Playacar! During our dives Lukaz showed us ginormous eels, crabs, and beautiful coral reefs. My husband and I had a blast taking the course from him! We also got a wristband for brunch indoors/outdoors with drinks included. We can’t believe how awesome our experience was there 😱🏝️😊 Maroma beach club also has a stunning beach compared to our hotel at a hotel 15 minutes up the road.

Impressive group of guys - It was my first time doing any kind of scuba The guys are great and they want you to enjoy it, you feel like a cousin of their's Lukas runs a great, professional and fun team, it was worth every penny I wished I had brought more cash with me for a tip because they deserved more than what I left

Introductory dive - Luca and Ivan took us on an introductory dive. Great instructors - very helpful and took us to a great spot to learn how to dive. Equipment was safe and well maintained.

Great dive experience with Lucas - Lucas led our small group on a great 2 tank dive. We saw a ton of sea life and large coral structures. 10/10 would recommend

Not what we paid for - We booked and paid for the 2 tanks dive as certified divers - the voucher showed pick up time at 9:30am trip 10:30 - 2:30. No one ever came. Our hotel contacted the dive shop and they said to come at 12, so we did. But instead of the 2 (45 minute) dives we paid for - we had a class of 10 people, 5 have never scuba before (no cert) The surf at this time was so rough 6 out of 10 people were sick and we did 1 (8 minute) refresher dive and 1 (45 minute) 1 tank dive. The staff was nice enough but we had not only emailed back and forth in advance but also had to get ourselves there despite the tour offering hotel transportation.
