Once your reservation is confirmed, please arrive on your scheduled travel day at the official Ultramar ticket office situated at the Navega federal pier in Playa del Carmen to collect your boarding passes.

After obtaining your boarding passes, proceed to the waiting room at least thirty minutes prior to departure.
