Sinuwa - After breakfast, the guide will be ready to accompany you on your adventure. The journey to Jhinu Dada via Nayapul will take approximately 3 hours. During the drive, there will be a stop in Birethanti for permit checks, ensuring everything is prepared for the Annapurna Base Camp trek.
Take a moment to unwind in Simrong before embarking on the trek to Jhinu Danda, Chhommrong, and Lower Sinuwa. Over the course of 5 to 6 scenic hours, you’ll explore charming Gurung villages, cross high suspension bridges, and enjoy the stunning views of Fishtail, Annapurna South, and Himchuli.
The 3-hour drive offers a blend of smooth roads and off-road experiences, adding a unique touch to your journey from the very beginning.
Chomrong to Deurali
Deurali - As the sun rises, you’ll wake up to magnificent mountain views and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. After breakfast, the second day of trekking to Deurali begins.
The trek takes about 7 hours. You’ll ascend to Sinuwa using stone steps, then descend to Bamboo. From there, the path to Dovan is easy. After lunch in Himalaya, you’ll hike for two more hours to Deurali, taking in the beautiful scenery along the way.
Deurali to Machhapuchhre Camp and to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) – 2 Hrs
Annapurna Region - On this day of the 5-day Annapurna Base Camp trek, the shortest day awaits. The hike starts off easily, with the first hour to Bagar being a breeze, followed by a slightly more challenging hour to Machhapuchhre Base Camp with some steep sections. After a pleasant lunch break, the trek continues with an easy two-hour walk to Annapurna Base Camp. Surrounded by the breathtaking views of the Annapurna and other majestic mountains, any physical challenges seem to fade away as the stunning scenery captivates you.
Trek Down to Lower Sinuwa from Annapurna Base Camp
Sinuwa - The day begins before sunrise, eager to witness the awe-inspiring views from Annapurna Base Camp. The panoramic scenes, including iconic mountains like Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Himchuli, Annapurna South, and more, will leave you in awe. After breakfast, the hike down to Lower Sinuwa allows you to soak in the beauty of the surroundings.
Lower Sinuwa to Natural Hot Spring and Pokhara
Jhinu Danda Hot Spring - On the final day of the trek, you’ll depart from Sinuwa and head towards Pokhara. Along the way, there will be a detour to visit a natural hot spring for a relaxing soak. After enjoying the hot spring, the hike continues for about 30 minutes before reaching the transportation back to Pokhara. Once back in Pokhara, you’ll be dropped off at your hotel, concluding the memorable Annapurna Base Camp trek.
