Drive to Birethanti from Pokhara – 1 hour and Trek to Ulleri (2,020m) – 4 to 5 hours
Ulleri - Following breakfast, a short drive will take you to Birethanti, where permits are checked, and the trek commences. Lace up your boots tightly as the journey begins. The ascent to Ulleri is marked by numerous stone steps; it is challenging yet stunning. The path leads through serene woods, terraced farms, and occasionally, friendly goats can be spotted.
Trek to Ghorepani (2,840m) from Ulleri- 5 to 6 hours
Ghorepani - Today offers a more relaxed and tranquil experience. The trail meanders through a forest of towering rhododendron trees, and in spring, the forest bursts with vibrant and colorful blooms. Ghorepani is perched atop the hills. Evenings are chilly, but the teahouses provide warmth and coziness, where trekkers enjoy tea, share stories, and unwind by the fire.
Early morning hike up to Poon Hill (3,210m) and back, then Trek to Tadapani (2,610m)- 6 to 7 hours
Tadapani - Begin before sunrise! Use headlamps to illuminate the path as you ascend to Poonhill. It’s quite a trek until the sky turns a stunning gold. When the sun illuminates the peaks of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Machhapuchhre, it feels as if time stands still. After breakfast, head to Ghorepani, with the trail descending and ascending again until reaching Tadapani, a small settlement surrounded by dense rhododendron and oak forests.
Trek to Sinuwa (2,360m) from Tadapani- 6 to 7 hours
Sinuwa - Today’s trek offers a variety of experiences. The path descends, crosses small bridges over rivers, and winds through a quiet forest, passing a tiny mountain village. The day exudes a calm and steady vibe. Upon reaching Sinuwa, the forest appears deeper and greener, the air cooler, and the towering mountains seem a bit closer.
Trek to Deurali (3,230m) from Sinuwa- 6 to 7 hours
Deurali - Today’s path winds through bamboo forests and past beautiful waterfalls. The gentle sound of the Modi Khola River can be heard far below. This is a day to relax, walk gently, and enjoy the proximity to the mountains. Deurali, a charming village, sits above the tree line, where the night sky is filled with bright stars and the air is cool and refreshing.

Annapurna Base Camp - The magical day has arrived. The path leads from thinning trees and open terrain to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700m).
