Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled launch time. Upon arrival, our staff will greet you and request proof of your booking. We will then assist you in completing a waiver form. Once the paperwork is done, a trained staff member will equip you with the appropriate life vest. After all safety gear is secured, we will provide a 10-minute tutorial on safety guidelines, rules, and expectations.

What should you wear for a banana boat ride?
A life jacket is all you need to ensure safety. The life jacket will be supplied by the banana boat provider.

Banana boating includes riding over bumpy waves and experiencing some bouncing on the inflatable banana or water sled, so wearing a life jacket is essential.

How fast can you expect to go?
Most banana boats are designed for top speeds of around 15 miles per hour, but it doesn’t require much speed to get your adrenaline going. This speed also makes them ideal for families, as they are safe for children to ride.

Is a banana boat safe for children?
Although falling from the Banana Boat is uncommon, it can occur. You will be wearing a life jacket and a helmet, ensuring you float and have protection. Please refrain from attempting to throw others off the banana boat.
