In the morning, a private English-speaking driver will pick you up from your hotel in a luxurious and comfortable vehicle. You will travel south, arriving mid-morning at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Pompeii, situated beneath the majestic Mt. Vesuvius.

Vesuvius remains active today and has erupted numerous times throughout history, with the most significant eruption occurring in 79 AD, which buried the entire town of Pompeii under stones and ash, preserving it in remarkable condition.

A local guide will lead you to the most significant areas within the archaeological park. It is advisable to wear comfortable walking shoes due to the site’s uneven, ancient roads, and dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
