• Vesuvius National Park - Recognized as a symbol of Naples’s historical and contemporary identity, Vesuvius is famed worldwide for its 79 AD eruption, which devastated several cities, including Pompeii and Herculaneum, with ash and lapilli.

• The visit to Vesuvius’s crater is an exhilarating and captivating experience that should not be missed. The excursion is accessible to all and requires no special trekking skills. It spans nearly 4 km round trip, with an elevation gain of about 140 meters and an average gradient of 14%, reaching a peak altitude of 1,170 meters above sea level.

• Visitors will have 1.5 hours to enjoy this scenic trek. A guide can be arranged upon request (guide and ticket fees are not included in the tour).

• Parco Archeologico di Ercolano - The Roman city of Herculaneum, buried by Vesuvius’s eruption in 79 AD, was rediscovered in the 18th century through Bourbon excavations.

• Visitors will have 1.5 hours to explore the ruins of Herculaneum at their leisure. A guide can be arranged upon request (guide and ticket fees are not included in the tour).

• Between attractions, guests can opt for a traditional lunch at a charming restaurant near Pompeii, with views of Mount Vesuvius. Adults can enjoy a tasting of local Vesuvius wines alongside their meal. Following lunch, a guided tour of the cellars and vineyards is available. The lunch and tour will last approximately 2 hours. Additional time may be needed if lunch is included, as the total duration will exceed 8 hours, but this can be arranged together.

The Tour will take place in the ancient cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum destroyed by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. The vast expanse of the commercial city of Pompeii contrasts with the better preserved remains of Herculaneum. You will take a step back in time, during the Roman era. We will continue with the climb to Mount Vesuvius, the famous mountain that dominates the Gulf of Naples. Reaching its crater means being able to admire a postcard view of the city and enjoy a beautiful walk in nature. Relax in a Mercedes sedan or minivan, with wifi and bottled water on board. Our drivers will speak English, they know the areas you will visit well and will be able to give you excellent advice. You will be picked up directly at the departure point, from the port, station, airport or another location (hotel), you will be dropped off at the exact point of your arrival and you will be assisted with your luggage.
