Our tour, Pompeii was absolutely incredible, and that was all thanks to our amazing guide, Zaza. Even though this was a larger group tour, he had a remarkable ability to make it feel personal. He kept everyone engaged, entertained, and involved interacting naturally with guests, and making each person feel comfortable and included. His energy was contagious. Even little Pricess in our group was enthusiastic. I appreciated how respectful he was to acknowledge the parents of younger age listeners before going over content not suitable for their children - that speaks GOLD about Zaza. My wife and I truly enjoyed every minute. In fact, we both said that if we return, and we absolutely plan to, we would look for Zaza again in a second to guide us through the entire city of Pompeii. Regretfully with only an hour and a half, we covered not even a quarter of this vast ancient city. There is simply so much to see and so much to learn. Zaza brought Pompeii to life with vivid storytelling. As we walked the preserved streets, he explained how daily life functioned in 79AD, from bustling marketplace and bath houses to home, decorated with intricate frescoes. He described the catastrophic eruption of Mount Vesuvius, when volcanic ash and pumice rained down, preserving the city beneath layers of debris. His explanation of how pyroclastic flows sealed the fate of its residents was both haunting and fascinating. Standing there, it felt as though time had frozen. Zaza depth of knowledge and passion transformed ancient ruins into a living, breathing city. It was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend him to anyone visiting Pompeii. Truly look for him, Zaza the Pompeian!!!! THE BEST IN POMPEII!!!!

Loved our Pompeii tour with Sasa! - We had very interesting tour of Pompeii with Sasa. He shared many stories and details and was very entertaining. We saw Pompeii in the pouring rain but the weather seemed to add to the experience. Sasa is very passionate about Pompeii and didn’t make us feel that he was at all tired of touring even after his 20+ years of doing so. We left with a clear understanding of Pompeii as the true forever city of Italy. We would highly recommend Sasa and this tour!
