Best tour guide in Italy - what an enjoyable way to see Pompeii! Follow Frankie! - Hands down best tour we had in Italy!! Frankie was an incredible tour guide - fun, informative, friendly, stuck to the 2 hour time frame. We loved learning about Pompeii, he really helped us imagine what Pompeii was like prior to the eruption that destroyed Pompeii’s civilization. Definitely take this tour and ask for Frankie if at all possible!

It’s a great tour but be... - It’s a great tour but be aware that it is a lot of walking and at times the ground is tricky to walk on. Our guide, Angelo was amazing! He was very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking the tour with him if possible.

Frankie was funny. - We did a tour of Pompeii ruins today. The place to meet your guide is easy to find. Frankie was our tour guide. He made the tour very entertaining and enjoyable. 2.5 hours flew by. Would recommend.

Running 10 min late disaster. - Be on time or early ! They will leave you behind!! We got stuck in traffic and we're going to be 10 minutes late. The tour operator told us they had to leave on time. I said the gps puts us just 10 minutes out. So she said 'I am sorry madam they have to leave on time." They can not wait and you can't meet up with them. Seriously it's the year 2025 and we all have gps on our phones. No excuse for the arogant attitude. They denied me a refund of any kind. I had booked 5 others tours with this company. All of my encounters with the other staff (guides) was beyond what I expected.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR. - The driver dropped us off at the refreshment area at 250 and told us to meet back at 310. At 330 there was still no tour guide. Turns out he was eating lunch while his tour had been waiting for 40 minutes. As a result the tour did not end until 550 and then there was insane confusion over which vehicles were taking us back to the meeting place. As a result we will not make our dinner reservation that we made months ago. And the battery in my head set died 30 minutes before the tour ended. Pompeii is beautiful. Pick a different tour guide
